Neste relatório, realizámos primeiro uma análise da situação existente, que nos permitiu fazer um balanço do software SIG, do SGBD, do orçamento disponível, dos recursos humanos e dos dados geográficos, e analisar as necessidades e fazer propostas. Passamos então à fase de implementação efectiva do SIG: "prestação de cuidados de saúde na região de saúde de Libreville-Owendo" do Gabão. Nesta fase, definimos a arquitectura global do sistema, modelámos o sistema de informação espacial, escolhemos as ferramentas (RDBMS, Map Server, Web Server, software cliente GIS, software Webmapping) e desenvolvemos a interface Webmapping.

En este informe realizamos en primer lugar un análisis de la situación existente, que nos permitió hacer balance de los programas informáticos del SIG, el SGBD, el presupuesto disponible, los recursos humanos y los datos geográficos, así como analizar las necesidades y formular propuestas. A continuación pasamos a la fase de implantación propiamente dicha del SIG: "prestaciones sanitarias en la región sanitaria Libreville-Owendo" de Gabón. En esta fase, definimos la arquitectura general del sistema, modelizamos el sistema de información espacial, elegimos las herramientas (RDBMS, servidor de mapas, servidor web, software cliente SIG, software Webmapping) y desarrollamos la interfaz Webmapping.

In questa relazione, abbiamo dapprima effettuato un'analisi della situazione esistente, che ci ha permesso di fare il punto sul software GIS, sul DBMS, sul budget disponibile, sulle risorse umane e sui dati geografici, nonché di analizzare le esigenze e formulare proposte. Siamo poi passati alla fase di implementazione vera e propria del GIS: "l'assistenza sanitaria nella regione sanitaria Libreville-Owendo" del Gabon. In questa fase abbiamo definito l'architettura generale del sistema, modellato il sistema informativo territoriale, scelto gli strumenti (RDBMS, Map Server, Web Server, software client GIS, software di Webmapping) e sviluppato l'interfaccia di Webmapping.

In diesem Bericht haben wir zunächst eine Bestandsanalyse durchgeführt, die es uns ermöglichte, eine Bestandsaufnahme der GIS-Software, des RDBMS, des verfügbaren Budgets, der Humanressourcen und der geografischen Daten vorzunehmen, die Bedürfnisse zu analysieren und Vorschläge zu machen. Anschließend gingen wir zur eigentlichen Phase der Umsetzung des GIS "Gesundheitsversorgung in der Gesundheitsregion Libreville-Owendo" in Gabun über. In dieser Phase definierten wir die allgemeine Systemarchitektur, modellierten das räumliche Informationssystem, wählten die Werkzeuge (RDBMS, Kartenserver, Webserver, GIS-Client-Software, Webmapping-Software) und entwickelten die Webmapping-Schnittstelle.

In this report, we first carried out an analysis of the existing situation, which enabled us to take stock of GIS software, DBMS, the available budget, human resources and geographical data, and to analyse the needs and make proposals. We then moved on to the actual implementation phase of the GIS: "health care provision in the Libreville-Owendo health region" of Gabon. In this phase, we defined the overall architecture of the system, modelled the spatial information system, chose the tools (RDBMS, Map Server, Web Server, GIS client software, Webmapping software) and developed the Webmapping interface.

Dans ce rapport, nous avons dans un premier temps réalisé une analyse de l¿existant qui nous a permis de faire un état des lieux en matières de logiciels SIG, SGBD, budget disponible, ressources humaines et données géographiques et d¿analyser les besoins ainsi que de faire des propositions. Ensuite, nous sommes passés à la phase proprement dite de la mise ¿uvre du SIG : «offre de soins de la région sanitaire Libreville-Owendo» du Gabon. Dans cette phase, nous avons défini l¿architecture globale du système, modélisé le système d¿information spatiale, choisi les outils (SGBDR, Serveur Cartographique, Serveur Web, logiciel SIG client, logiciel Webmapping) et développé l¿interface Webmapping.
