L'objectif de cette étude était d'analyser l'agencement d'un entrepôt de peinture et de produits chimiques dans une entreprise multinationale et de proposer un réaménagement de cet agencement physique afin d'offrir des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés par l'entreprise. Pour ce faire, une étude exploratoire, descriptive et explicative a été réalisée, en utilisant comme source de données primaire des observations sur place dans l'entreprise étudiée, ainsi qu'un entretien (par appel vidéo) avec un analyste du secteur étudié. Les logiciels Microsoft Excel et Google SketchUp ont également été utilisés pour faciliter le traitement des données et l'élaboration de la proposition. Après l'enregistrement et l'analyse des données, il s'est avéré que l'agencement initialement trouvé dans l'entrepôt ne présentait pas de flux fonctionnel et ne favorisait pas la méthode FIFO. Dans le modèle proposé, l'agencement a été restructuré, créant un flux d'approvisionnement et de retrait des matières premières qui permet d'appliquer pleinement la méthode FIFO, offrant des gains de capacité de stockage, ainsi qu'une réduction des coûts dus au gaspillage.

L'obiettivo di questo studio è stato quello di analizzare il layout di un magazzino di vernici e prodotti chimici di una multinazionale e di proporre una riprogettazione di questa disposizione fisica per offrire soluzioni ai problemi affrontati dall'azienda. A tal fine, è stato condotto uno studio esplorativo, descrittivo ed esplicativo, utilizzando come fonte primaria di dati le osservazioni in loco presso l'azienda in esame e un'intervista (tramite videochiamata) a un analista del settore studiato. Per elaborare i dati e sviluppare la proposta sono stati utilizzati anche i software Microsoft Excel e Google SketchUp. Dopo aver registrato e analizzato i dati, è emerso che il layout originariamente presente nel magazzino non aveva un flusso funzionale, né privilegiava il metodo FIFO. Nel modello proposto, il layout è stato ristrutturato, creando un flusso di approvvigionamento e di prelievo delle materie prime che consente di applicare pienamente il metodo FIFO, offrendo guadagni in termini di capacità di stoccaggio e riducendo i costi dovuti agli sprechi.

El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la disposición de un almacén de pinturas y productos químicos en una empresa multinacional y proponer un rediseño de esta disposición física con el fin de ofrecer soluciones a los problemas a los que se enfrenta la empresa. Para ello, se realizó un estudio exploratorio, descriptivo y explicativo, utilizando como fuente primaria de datos observaciones in situ en la empresa investigada, así como una entrevista (vía videollamada) con un analista del sector estudiado. También se utilizaron los programas Microsoft Excel y Google SketchUp para ayudar a procesar los datos y elaborar la propuesta. Tras el registro y análisis de los datos, se comprobó que la disposición original del almacén no tenía un flujo funcional ni favorecía el método FIFO. En el modelo propuesto, se reestructuró la disposición, creando un flujo de suministro y retirada de materias primas que permite aplicar plenamente el método FIFO, ofreciendo ganancias en capacidad de almacenamiento, además de reducir los costes debidos a los desperdicios.

Ziel dieser Studie war es, das Layout eines Lagers für Farben und chemische Produkte in einem multinationalen Unternehmen zu analysieren und eine Neugestaltung dieser räumlichen Anordnung vorzuschlagen, um Lösungen für die Probleme des Unternehmens anzubieten. Zu diesem Zweck wurde eine explorative, beschreibende und erklärende Studie durchgeführt, die als primäre Datenquelle Beobachtungen vor Ort in dem untersuchten Unternehmen sowie ein Interview (per Videoanruf) mit einem Analysten aus dem untersuchten Sektor nutzte. Microsoft Excel und Google SketchUp wurden ebenfalls verwendet, um die Daten zu verarbeiten und den Vorschlag zu entwickeln. Nach der Aufzeichnung und Analyse der Daten wurde festgestellt, dass das ursprünglich im Lager vorgefundene Layout keinen funktionalen Fluss aufwies und auch nicht die FIFO-Methode begünstigte. In dem vorgeschlagenen Modell wurde das Layout umstrukturiert, so dass ein Fluss für die Ein- und Auslagerung von Rohstoffen geschaffen wurde, der die vollständige Umsetzung der FIFO-Methode ermöglicht, wodurch die Lagerkapazität erhöht und die Kosten aufgrund von Verschwendung reduziert werden.

The aim of this study was to analyse the layout of a paint and chemical products warehouse at a multinational company and propose a redesign of this physical arrangement in order to offer solutions to the problems faced by the company. To this end, an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory study was carried out, using on-site observations at the company under investigation as the primary data source, as well as an interview (via video call) with an analyst from the sector studied. Microsoft Excel and Google SketchUp software were also used to help process the data and develop the proposal. After recording and analysing the data, it was found that the layout originally found in the warehouse did not have a functional flow, nor did it favour the FIFO method. In the proposed model, the layout was restructured, creating a flow of supply and withdrawal of raw materials that allows the FIFO method to be fully implemented, offering gains in storage capacity, as well as reducing costs due to waste.
