Some people you live with for years and go on to have thought you had known them all your life, yet you never knew who they really were. Yes, they were your mom and dad. Dad was like that, a very quiet but an intelligent man. He was a great provider for his family. Mom was more open in her puzzle pieces of life. I am still trying to put together those pieces to understand and see the big picture of two people whom I called my parents.With the plethora of information and documentation I found after my dad''s death in his war cedar chest, I now know who he was and maybe why he was such a quiet man. Knowing this information before his death might have brought us closer together. As the saying goes, you often find out more about a person after they have died. Why is that?

We began with the generations of my great-great-grandparents, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents and continued on in book 2 with the high school years. Then with the unexpected inheritance, the transfer to Harvard University, and the gauntlets of the seventies and eighties. So what's next? What's next? The discovery of Michael's lost summer of free love in 1967. Let us return to the days of "Make love, not war," as the hippies chanted this and danced in the parks of San Francisco high on life. Or was it LSD? Matlin and Michael continue their life's journey with newfound friends and continuing struggles. A brother's betrayal is heart-wrenching yet forgiving. But a brother's death is forever life-changing, tragic. Great-grandfather's gold is discovered right under the twin's noses while myths and legends are being revealed. In Volume 1, I'll take you back to the old countries of France and Italy where my story begins with my great-great grandparents. Their off-spring came to America, the first generation of Americans. We write about our lives, the ups and downs; the good and bad; the rags to riches journey. Myths and legends come to life and no longer are the fiction we thought them to be.  Twin Memoirs is a series of 10 books in 5 volumes. The series began with the publication of a dream I had about mortality and space travel that was eventually fulfilled in my senior years. The dream was interrupted by a phone call. This book. The Flight of the Revelation, elaborates on the unfinished dream in the style of fiction.  Between volumes 4 and 5 Revolution will be published going into detail about the dream Michael had about immortality while on his death bed.  Will the fifth generation come to fruition? You might wonder when you learn of the lifestyles that Michael and I led. But like I said, our lives, especially mine was ever evolving. Will I have grandkids, them being of the sixth generation?   Volume 1, Books 1 and 2 will tell you of my ancestry and bring you up to date through our high school years. These are the years that those mysteries pile up.  

The continuing saga of the DeMarco brothers begins with book 3 as they both struggle through college. The inheritance the twins received from some mystery man would not only bring change intheir lives but also in the life of their mother. This event will forever change their future, their journey and their story. Years of intense study at college prepare the boys for this new global adventure. Newpeople enter their lives which results in great friendships and eventuallybusiness associates. Book 4 continues as the DeMarco brothers run the gauntlets of Wounded Knee in the early ‘70s, the building of the town of Eagleton, Colorado high in a valley of the Rocky Mountains in the late ‘70s and the sky tower, the DeMarco international headquarters in downtown Denver being built in the early ‘80s. Several deaths occur, natural deaths, because we all grow old. But as one dies, others are birthed and the story of the brothers continue. Within the same family, to be quite honest and somewhat crude, out with the old and in with the new. More secrets are revealed, old friendships are reunited, challenges lie ahead, dreams come true and new adventures begin.
