Each of Ruza's poems is a petal from a moment in her life. While most of her work is autobiographical, the rest come from her thoughts and feelings.Petals is her way of ensuring that her words will not be lost or forgotten. She wrote this book in English so that her children, grandchildren and future generations will always know where and what they come from.
