Cystic lymphangiomas, also called lymphatic malformations, result from abnormalities of lymphatic development and are considered a rare pathology. The therapeutic management was for a long time limited to surgical treatment alone, currently the development of other therapeutic methods and in particular sclerotherapy has significantly improved this management. The aim of our work is to develop an algorithm for the management of cystic lymphatic malformations in children in the department of pediatric surgery at the University Hospital of Setif, while integrating abstention-surveillance and sclerotherapy in the therapeutic component. This is a prospective descriptive monocentric study of 70 patients with 75 cystic lymphatic malformations, treated at the pediatric surgery department of Setif, over a period of 5 years. The average age of the patients was 39.46 months, 36% of the patients were diagnosed at birth, 64% before the age of 2 years and 10% had an antenatal diagnosis. The sex ratio was 1.33.Abdominal location accounted for 32%.76% of lymphatic malformations in this series were macro.

Los linfangiomas quísticos, también conocidos como malformaciones linfáticas, son el resultado de anomalías en el desarrollo linfático y se consideran una enfermedad rara. El manejo terapéutico se limitó durante mucho tiempo al tratamiento quirúrgico únicamente, actualmente el desarrollo de otros métodos terapéuticos y en particular la escleroterapia ha permitido mejorar este manejo de forma significativa. El objetivo de nuestro trabajo es desarrollar un algoritmo para el manejo de las malformaciones linfáticas quísticas en niños en el servicio de cirugía pediátrica del CHU de Setif, integrando la abstención-vigilancia y la escleroterapia en el componente terapéutico. Se trata de un estudio prospectivo descriptivo monocéntrico de 70 pacientes con 75 malformaciones linfáticas quísticas, tratados en el servicio de cirugía pediátrica de Setif, durante un periodo de 5 años. El 36% de los pacientes fueron diagnosticados al nacer, el 64% antes de los 2 años y el 10% tenían un diagnóstico prenatal. La proporción de sexos fue de 1,33. La localización abdominal representó el 32%. El 76% de las malformaciones linfáticas de esta serie eran macro.

Os linfangiomas císticos, também conhecidos como malformações linfáticas, resultam de anomalias no desenvolvimento linfático e são considerados uma doença rara. A gestão terapêutica foi durante muito tempo limitada apenas ao tratamento cirúrgico, actualmente o desenvolvimento de outros métodos terapêuticos e em particular a escleroterapia tem permitido melhorar significativamente esta gestão. O objectivo do nosso trabalho é desenvolver um algoritmo para a gestão das malformações linfáticas císticas em crianças no departamento de cirurgia pediátrica da CHU de Setif, integrando ao mesmo tempo a vigilância da abstenção e a escleroterapia na componente terapêutica. Este é um estudo monocêntrico descritivo prospectivo de 70 pacientes com 75 malformações linfáticas císticas, tratados no departamento de cirurgia pediátrica de Setif, durante um período de 5 anos. A idade média dos pacientes foi de 39,46 meses, 36% dos pacientes foram diagnosticados ao nascimento, 64% antes dos 2 anos de idade e 10% tiveram um diagnóstico pré-natal. A proporção de sexo foi de 1,33. A localização abdominal foi responsável por 32%. 76% das malformações linfáticas nesta série foram macro.

I linfangiomi cistici, noti anche come malformazioni linfatiche, derivano da anomalie nello sviluppo linfatico e sono considerati una malattia rara. La gestione terapeutica è stata per lungo tempo limitata al solo trattamento chirurgico, attualmente lo sviluppo di altri metodi terapeutici e in particolare della scleroterapia ha permesso di migliorare significativamente questa gestione. Lo scopo del nostro lavoro è quello di sviluppare un algoritmo per la gestione delle malformazioni linfatiche cistiche nei bambini nel reparto di chirurgia pediatrica del CHU di Setif, integrando l'astensione-sorveglianza e la scleroterapia nella componente terapeutica. Si tratta di uno studio prospettico descrittivo monocentrico su 70 pazienti con 75 malformazioni linfatiche cistiche, trattati presso il reparto di chirurgia pediatrica di Setif, nell'arco di 5 anni. Il 36% dei pazienti è stato diagnosticato alla nascita, il 64% prima dei 2 anni di età e il 10% ha avuto una diagnosi prenatale. Il rapporto tra i sessi era di 1,33. La localizzazione addominale rappresentava il 32%. Il 76% delle malformazioni linfatiche in questa serie erano macro.

Zystische Lymphangiome, auch lymphatische Missbildungen genannt, sind das Ergebnis von Anomalien der lymphatischen Entwicklung und gelten als seltene Krankheit. Die Behandlung beschränkte sich lange Zeit auf die alleinige chirurgische Behandlung. Durch die Entwicklung anderer therapeutischer Methoden, insbesondere der Sklerotherapie, konnte die Behandlung jedoch deutlich verbessert werden. Ziel unserer Arbeit ist es, einen Algorithmus für die Behandlung von zystischen lymphatischen Malformationen bei Kindern in der Abteilung für Kinderchirurgie des Universitätskrankenhauses von Setif zu entwickeln, wobei die Abstinenzüberwachung und die Sklerotherapie in den therapeutischen Teil integriert werden. Es handelt sich um eine prospektive, deskriptive, monozentrische Studie mit 70 Patienten mit 75 zystischen lymphatischen Malformationen, die in der Abteilung für Kinderchirurgie in Setif über einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren behandelt wurden. Das Durchschnittsalter der Patienten betrug 39,46 Monate, 36% der Patienten wurden bei der Geburt diagnostiziert, 64% vor dem Alter von 2 Jahren und 10% hatten eine antenatale Diagnose. Das Geschlechterverhältnis betrug 1,33.Die abdominale Lokalisation machte 32% aus.76% der lymphatischen Missbildungen in dieser Serie waren makroskopisch.
