Il tutoraggio è una strategia istituzionale che gli Istituti di Istruzione Superiore (HEI) hanno promosso attraverso il Programma Tutoraggio negli ultimi due decenni, al fine di promuovere la formazione completa degli studenti e di assisterli nei processi accademici, nonché di ridurre l'abbandono, la dispersione e il fallimento. Uno degli scopi principali è quello di promuovere le attività accademiche degli studenti e di farne una preoccupazione fondamentale nello sviluppo istituzionale. In questo senso, il presente documento ha lo scopo di mostrare i progressi che il Programma Tutoriale ha avuto nella sua implementazione nell'IISUABJO, evidenziando il background dell'implementazione del Programma e l'uso della tecnologia nell'azione tutoriale per la sua trasformazione.

Le tutorat est une stratégie institutionnelle que les établissements d'enseignement supérieur (EES) ont promue par le biais du programme de tutorat au cours des deux dernières décennies, afin de promouvoir la formation complète des étudiants et de les aider dans les processus académiques, et de réduire l'abandon, le décrochage et l'échec. L'un des principaux objectifs est de promouvoir les activités académiques des étudiants et d'en faire une préoccupation fondamentale dans le développement institutionnel. Dans ce sens, ce document a pour but de montrer les progrès réalisés par le programme de tutorat dans sa mise en ¿uvre à l'IISUABJO, en soulignant le contexte de la mise en ¿uvre du programme et l'utilisation de la technologie dans l'action de tutorat pour sa transformation.

Die Nachhilfe ist eine institutionelle Strategie, die von den Hochschulen in den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten durch das Nachhilfeprogramm gefördert wurde, um die umfassende Ausbildung der Studierenden zu fördern und sie bei akademischen Prozessen zu unterstützen sowie Studienabbruch, Studienunterbrechung und -versagen zu verringern. Eines der Hauptziele ist es, die akademischen Aktivitäten der Studierenden zu fördern und dies zu einem grundlegenden Anliegen der institutionellen Entwicklung zu machen. In diesem Sinne hat dieses Dokument den Zweck, die Fortschritte aufzuzeigen, die das Tutoriumsprogramm bei seiner Umsetzung an der IISUABJO gemacht hat, und den Hintergrund der Umsetzung des Programms und den Einsatz von Technologie in der Tutoriumstätigkeit für seine Transformation hervorzuheben.

A tutoria é uma estratégia institucional que as Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) têm promovido através do Programa Tutoria nas últimas duas décadas, com o objetivo de promover a formação integral dos estudantes e auxiliar nos processos académicos, e reduzir o abandono, a desistência e o insucesso escolar. Um dos principais propósitos é promover as atividades académicas dos estudantes e fazer com que esta seja uma preocupação fundamental no desenvolvimento Institucional. Neste sentido, este documento tem como objetivo mostrar os avanços que o Programa Tutorial tem tido na sua implementação no IISUABJO, destacando os antecedentes da implementação do Programa e o uso da tecnologia na ação tutorial para a sua transformação.
