The present study intends to analyse the reflection of Romaniäs foreign policy in the parliamentary debates during 1899-1914. Furthermore, another proposed objective was to determine whether and how the Romanian foreign policy was influenced by the discussions in the Parliament. Considering the proposed objectives, I focused primarily on reading and analysing the parliamentary debates of that period, and where information was missing, due to the secret character of some meetings, I tried to fill the gaps by press, memoirs and journals or other sources. Although I did not intend to exhaustively analyse the Romaniäs foreign policy during 1899-1914, for a pertinent and thoroughly investigation of the parliamentary debates regarding the proposed subject, I have studied edited sources of the Archives of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Historical Central Archives in Bucharest, as well as works on the history of international relations and Romania from that period.

El presente estudio pretende analizar el reflejo de la política exterior de Rumanía en los debates parlamentarios durante los años 1899-1914. Además, otro objetivo propuesto es determinar si y cómo la política exterior rumana fue influenciada por los debates en el Parlamento. Teniendo en cuenta los objetivos propuestos, me centré principalmente en la lectura y el análisis de los debates parlamentarios de ese período, y en los casos en que faltaba información, debido al carácter secreto de algunas reuniones, traté de llenar los vacíos por medio de la prensa, memorias y diarios u otras fuentes. Aunque no tenía la intención de analizar exhaustivamente la política exterior de Rumanía durante los años 1899-1914, para una investigación pertinente y exhaustiva de los debates parlamentarios sobre el tema propuesto, he estudiado fuentes editadas de los Archivos del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de Rumanía y de los Archivos Nacionales Centrales Históricos de Bucarest, así como obras sobre la historia de las relaciones internacionales y de Rumanía de ese período.Este libro ha sido traducido con Inteligencia Artificial.
