Grief is an incredibly difficult emotion to process and we all experience it differently. At times, it can feel overwhelming. In order to help ease the burden of this emotion, I have created a 50 page coloring book that offers a relaxing, calming activity to help you find peace amidst your grief. I have incorporated many positive affirmations within the coloring pages that I have found helpful in my own daily life.
