Communication, and specifically oral communication in English, has become a worldwide necessity due to the fact that this language has become a lingua franca. It is therefore necessary to carry out research on its teaching and learning. This paper presents the creation of a learning community as a way to enhance oral communication because through negotiation in a community it is possible to promote stimulating and meaningful learning situations; redistribute the participation of the teacher and students in the planning, development and evaluation of the teaching-learning process of oral communication in English; promote relationships of common values, generate a knowing-how-to-be, a knowing-how-to-do and a knowing-how-to-live-together in solidarity and responsibly.

La comunicazione, e in particolare la comunicazione orale in inglese, è diventata una necessità a livello mondiale grazie al fatto che questa lingua è diventata una lingua franca. È quindi necessario condurre ricerche sul suo insegnamento e apprendimento. Questo articolo presenta la creazione di una comunità di apprendimento come un modo per migliorare la comunicazione orale, perché attraverso la negoziazione in una comunità è possibile promuovere situazioni di apprendimento stimolanti e significative; ridistribuire la partecipazione dell'insegnante e degli studenti nella pianificazione, nello sviluppo e nella valutazione del processo di insegnamento-apprendimento della comunicazione orale in inglese; promuovere relazioni di valori comuni, generare un saper essere, un saper fare e un saper vivere insieme in modo solidale e responsabile.

La communication, et plus particulièrement la communication orale en anglais, est devenue une nécessité mondiale du fait que cette langue est devenue une lingua franca. Il est donc nécessaire de mener des recherches sur son enseignement et son apprentissage. Cet article présente la création d'une communauté d'apprentissage comme un moyen d'améliorer la communication orale, car la négociation au sein d'une communauté permet de promouvoir des situations d'apprentissage stimulantes et significatives ; de redistribuer la participation de l'enseignant et des étudiants dans la planification, le développement et l'évaluation du processus d'enseignement et d'apprentissage de la communication orale en anglais ; de promouvoir des relations de valeurs communes, de générer un savoir-être, un savoir-faire et un savoir-vivre ensemble dans la solidarité et la responsabilité.

A comunicação, e especificamente a comunicação oral em inglês, tornou-se uma necessidade mundial devido ao facto de esta língua se ter tornado uma língua franca. Por conseguinte, é necessário efetuar investigações sobre o seu ensino e aprendizagem. Este trabalho apresenta a criação de uma comunidade de aprendizagem como forma de potenciar a comunicação oral, pois através da negociação em comunidade é possível promover situações de aprendizagem estimulantes e significativas; redistribuir a participação do professor e dos alunos na planificação, desenvolvimento e avaliação do processo de ensino-aprendizagem da comunicação oral em inglês; promover relações de valores comuns, gerar um saber-ser, um saber-fazer e um saber-viver-juntos solidários e responsáveis.

Kommunikation, insbesondere die mündliche Kommunikation in Englisch, ist zu einer weltweiten Notwendigkeit geworden, da diese Sprache zu einer Lingua franca geworden ist. Daher ist es notwendig, Forschungen zum Lehren und Lernen dieser Sprache durchzuführen. In diesem Beitrag wird die Schaffung einer Lerngemeinschaft als ein Weg zur Verbesserung der mündlichen Kommunikation vorgestellt, denn durch die Verhandlung in einer Gemeinschaft ist es möglich, anregende und sinnvolle Lernsituationen zu fördern; die Beteiligung von Lehrern und Schülern an der Planung, Entwicklung und Bewertung des Lehr-Lern-Prozesses der mündlichen Kommunikation in Englisch neu zu verteilen; Beziehungen mit gemeinsamen Werten zu fördern, ein "knowing-how-to-be", ein "knowing-how-to-do" und ein "knowing-how-to-live-together" in Solidarität und Verantwortlichkeit zu schaffen.
