Die vorliegende Untersuchung zum Thema ¿Studien zu Veränderungen des Glaucingehalts von Glaucium flavum Grantz nach der Ernte¿. Es wurden zwei Arten von Experimenten durchgeführt, nämlich (A) Studien zur Variation des Glaucingehalts während der Trocknung und Lagerung von Glaucium flavum-Blättern, (B) Studien zum Abbau von reinem Glaucin und Glaucinhydrochlorid unter trockenen Bedingungen und in organischen Lösungsmitteln. In Studien vom Typ (A) wurde ein signifikanter Rückgang des Galucingehalts (1,81 %) in Blättern, die bei 55 °C getrocknet wurden, und ein Minimum (1,43 %) in Blättern direkt bei 100 °C festgestellt. Anfängliche Glaucingehalte von 1,81% aller Lagerung wurden nach 60 Tagen Lagerung auf 1,58% gesenkt. Maximale Mittelwerte von Glaucin-Polyethylenbeuteln wurden in Proben, die in evakuierten Polyethylenbeuteln unter dunklen Bedingungen gelagert wurden, und Minimum (1,61 %) in Probenbeuteln wurden in Probenlagern in evakuierten Polyethylenbeuteln unter dunklen Polyäthylenbeuteln unter Licht aufgezeichnet. Unter (B) Studientyp nahm der Glaucinabbau mit zunehmender Lagerdauer zu.

The present investigation on ¿Studies on post-harvest changes in glaucine content of Glaucium flavum Grantz.¿ Were carried out under two types of experiments namely (A) Studies on variation of glaucine content during drying and storage of Glaucium flavum leaves, (B) studies on degradation of pure glaucine and glaucine hydrochloride under dry conditions and in organic solvents. Under (A) type studies, galucine contents significantly decrease (1.81%) were record in leaves dried at 55oC and minimum (1.43%) in leave direct at 100oC Glaucine contents contents decreased with increase in storages durations under all storage conditions. Initial glaucine contents of 1.81 percent all storage were decreased to 1.58 percent after 60 days storage. Maximum means glaucine polythene bags were recorded in samples stored in evacuated polythene bags under dark conditions and minimum (1.61%) in samples bags were recorded in samples stores in evacuated polythene bags under dark polythene bags kept under light. Under (B) type of studies glaucine degradation increased with increase in storage durations.

A field experiment entitled ¿Nutrient Management in Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.)¿ was conducted at Instructional Farm of Agronomy, Rajasthan College of Agriculture, Udaipur during rabi season of 2017-18 to find out suitable fertility levels for higher productivity of fenugreek, suitable source of organic manure with and without biofertilizer and economic viability of treatments. The experiment was conducted on clay loam soil which was slightly alkaline in reaction, low in available nitrogen (273.0 kg ha-1) and medium in available phosphorus (19.80 kg ha-1). The treatment comprising three levels of inorganic sources viz. I1: 50% RDF (N20 P20), I2: 75% RDF (N30 P30) and I3: 100% RDF (N40 P40) and five levels of organic sources viz. O1: FYM 10 t ha-1, O2: Vermicompost 5 t ha-1, O3: Rhizobium + Phosphate solubilising bacteria (PSB), O4: Vermicompost 2.5 t ha-1 + Rhizobium + PSB and O5: FYM 5 t ha-1 + Rhizobium + PSB were evaluated in factorial randomized block design with three replications on fenugreek variety ¿Pratap Raj Methi-45¿. The results of the research are discussed in this thesis in details.

A presente investigação sobre ¿Estudos sobre alterações pós-colheita no conteúdo de glaucina de Glaucium flavum Grantz.¿ Foram realizados em dois tipos de experimentos, a saber (A) Estudos sobre a variação do teor de glaucina durante a secagem e armazenamento das folhas de Glaucium flavum, (B) estudos sobre a degradação de glaucina pura e cloridrato de glaucina em condições secas e em solventes orgânicos. Nos estudos do tipo (A), os conteúdos de galucina diminuíram significativamente (1,81%) foram registrados nas folhas secas a 55oC e no mínimo (1,43%) em folhas diretas a 100oC Os conteúdos de glaucina diminuíram com o aumento nas durações de armazenamento em todas as condições de armazenamento. O conteúdo inicial de glaucina de 1,81 por cento em todo o armazenamento diminuiu para 1,58 por cento após 60 dias de armazenamento. Máximo significa que os sacos de polietileno de glaucina foram registrados em amostras armazenadas em sacos de polietileno evacuados sob condições escuras e o mínimo (1,61%) em sacos de amostras foram registrados em lojas de amostras em sacos de polietileno evacuados sob sacos de polietileno escuros mantidos sob luz. No tipo (B) de estudos, a degradação da glaucina aumentou com o aumento nas durações de armazenamento.
