Negli ultimi anni è cresciuto l'interesse per la produzione su larga scala di poliidrossibutirrato (PHB), un polimero biodegradabile con un immenso potenziale per i materiali sostenibili. Questa tesi si propone di esplorare le complessità della produzione di PHB su larga scala e di approfondire l'analisi comparativa della produzione da ceppi alofili e non alofili. Analizzando le caratteristiche uniche e le vie metaboliche di questi ceppi microbici, cerchiamo di fare luce sull'efficienza, la resa e la qualità della produzione di PHB. Attraverso un esame completo dei vari metodi di produzione, delle condizioni di fermentazione e delle tecniche di lavorazione a valle. Questo studio mira a contribuire al progresso delle pratiche di produzione sostenibili e a fornire approfondimenti sull'idoneità dei ceppi alofili e non alofili per la produzione di PHB su larga scala.

In den letzten Jahren ist das Interesse an der großtechnischen Herstellung von Polyhydroxybutyrat (PHB), einem biologisch abbaubaren Polymer mit großem Potenzial für nachhaltige Materialien, gestiegen. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Feinheiten der PHB-Produktion im großen Maßstab zu erforschen und eine vergleichende Analyse der Produktion mit halophilen und nicht-halophilen Stämmen durchzuführen. Durch die Untersuchung der einzigartigen Eigenschaften und Stoffwechselwege dieser mikrobiellen Stämme wollen wir Licht in die Effizienz, den Ertrag und die Qualität der PHB-Produktion bringen. Durch eine umfassende Untersuchung verschiedener Produktionsmethoden, Fermentationsbedingungen und nachgeschalteter Verarbeitungstechniken. Diese Studie soll einen Beitrag zur Förderung nachhaltiger Herstellungsverfahren leisten und Einblicke in die Eignung halophiler und nicht halophiler Stämme für die PHB-Produktion im großen Maßstab geben.

Ces dernières années, la production à grande échelle de polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB), un polymère biodégradable doté d'un immense potentiel pour les matériaux durables, a suscité un intérêt croissant. Cette thèse vise à explorer les subtilités de la production de PHB à grande échelle et à approfondir l'analyse comparative de la production à partir de souches halophiles et non halophiles. En étudiant les caractéristiques uniques et les voies métaboliques de ces souches microbiennes, nous cherchons à faire la lumière sur l'efficacité, le rendement et la qualité de la production de PHB. Grâce à un examen approfondi des différentes méthodes de production, des conditions de fermentation et des techniques de traitement en aval, cette étude vise à contribuer à l'avancement de la recherche sur le PHB. Cette étude vise à contribuer à l'avancement des pratiques de fabrication durables et à fournir des informations sur l'adéquation des souches halophiles et non halophiles pour la production de PHB à grande échelle.

Nos últimos anos, tem havido um interesse crescente na produção em grande escala de polihidroxibutirato (PHB), um polímero biodegradável com imenso potencial para materiais sustentáveis. Esta tese tem como objetivo explorar os meandros da produção de PHB em grande escala e aprofundar a análise comparativa da produção a partir de estirpes halofílicas e não halofílicas. Ao investigar as características únicas e as vias metabólicas destas estirpes microbianas, procuramos lançar luz sobre a eficiência, o rendimento e a qualidade da produção de PHB. Através da análise exaustiva de vários métodos de produção, condições de fermentação e técnicas de processamento a jusante. Este estudo visa contribuir para o avanço de práticas de fabrico sustentáveis e fornecer informações sobre a adequação de estirpes halofílicas e não halofílicas para a produção de PHB em grande escala.
