Bluthochdruck ist ein klinischer Zustand, an dem mehrere Faktoren wie Entzündung, oxidativer Stress und endotheliale Dysfunktion beteiligt sind. Die intravenöse Laserblutbestrahlung (ILIB) wird in letzter Zeit von Physiotherapeuten bei der Behandlung und Vorbeugung von Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen eingesetzt, da sie unter anderem antioxidative, entzündungshemmende und blutstillende Wirkung hat. Ziel dieser Studie war es, die Auswirkungen der intravenösen Laserbestrahlung von Blut bei Patienten mit systemischer arterieller Hypertonie zu untersuchen. An dieser experimentellen, prospektiven und deskriptiven Studie nahmen 5 Frauen teil, die nach dem Zufallsprinzip in zwei Gruppen aufgeteilt wurden: Lasergruppe (n=03) und Scheingruppe (n=02). Insgesamt wurden 10 Sitzungen an abwechselnden Tagen mit ILIB-Anwendungen in der Radialarterie der dominanten Gliedmaße durchgeführt, mit einem 20-tägigen Intervall nach der fünften Sitzung für eine erneute Anwendung (5 weitere abwechselnde Sitzungen). Die Gruppe, die einer intravaskulären Blutbestrahlung mit dem Laser unterzogen wurde, zeigte eine stärkere Senkung der Blutdruckwerte als die Gruppe der SG, so dass ILIB den Blutdruck bei hypertensiven Frauen wirksam senken konnte.

Hypertension is a clinical condition that involves several factors such as inflammation, oxidative stress and endothelial dysfunction. Intravenous laser blood irradiation (ILIB) has been used lately by physiotherapists in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases due to its effects on the system, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, haemostatic balance and others. The aim of this research was to investigate the effects of intravenous laser irradiation of blood in patients with systemic arterial hypertension. In this experimental, prospective and descriptive study, 5 women participated, randomly divided into two groups: Laser Group (n=03) and Sham Group (n=02). A total of 10 sessions were performed on alternate days with ILIB applications in the radial artery of the dominant limb, with a 20-day interval after the 5th session for subsequent reapplication (5 more alternate sessions). The group submitted to intravascular blood irradiation with laser showed a greater reduction in blood pressure values compared to the SG and, therefore, ILIB was effective in reducing BP in hypertensive women.

L'ipertensione è una condizione clinica che coinvolge diversi fattori come l'infiammazione, lo stress ossidativo e la disfunzione endoteliale. L'irradiazione laser endovenosa del sangue (ILIB) è stata utilizzata ultimamente dai fisioterapisti nel trattamento e nella prevenzione delle malattie cardiovascolari grazie ai suoi effetti sul sistema, come quello antiossidante, antinfiammatorio, di equilibrio emostatico e altri. Lo scopo di questa ricerca è stato quello di studiare gli effetti dell'irradiazione laser endovenosa del sangue in pazienti con ipertensione arteriosa sistemica. A questo studio sperimentale, prospettico e descrittivo hanno partecipato 5 donne, suddivise casualmente in due gruppi: Gruppo Laser (n=03) e Gruppo Sham (n=02). Sono state eseguite 10 sessioni a giorni alterni con applicazioni di ILIB nell'arteria radiale dell'arto dominante, con un intervallo di 20 giorni dopo la quinta sessione per la successiva riapplicazione (altre 5 sessioni alterne). Il gruppo sottoposto all'irradiazione intravascolare del sangue con il laser ha mostrato una maggiore riduzione dei valori pressori rispetto all'SG e, pertanto, l'ILIB è risultato efficace nel ridurre la BP nelle donne ipertese.

El grupo sometido a irradiación sanguínea intravascular con láser mostró una mayor reducción de los valores de presión arterial en comparación con el GE y, por lo tanto, la ILIB fue eficaz para reducir la PA en mujeres hipertensas.
