Eight years after the first collection many more colleagues have left Northwick Park Hospital Biochemistry laboratory.I suspect their only real reason is to receive a poem of their own.I have also included a few poems from other parts of my life - church and college and friends.As before some have turned into songs. All facility personnel bears the responsibility of ensuring that the prison environment remains safe and productive.

Most of my working life has been spent in the Biochemistry laboratory at Northwick Park Hospital, Harrow. After a few years I got bored writing "Best wishes for the future" every time a leaving or birthday card came round, so I started writing tailor-made individual poems. Most of these are hilarious, (especially if you know the person concerned) some are tongue-in-cheek, and some have turned into songs.
