AIDS, das heute als chronische Krankheit gilt, hat als eines seiner Hauptprobleme die fehlende oder mangelnde Therapietreue. Die Studien in diesem Bereich haben sich aufgrund ihrer Bedeutung vervielfacht. Mehrere Wissensbereiche berühren das Thema und tragen dazu bei, die negativen Auswirkungen der mangelnden Therapietreue auf den Einzelnen, die Gesellschaft, das nationale und globale Gesundheitssystem zu mildern. Die Ergebnisse der in unserer Studie/Intervention eingesetzten Techniken waren vielversprechend, und wir konnten daraus schließen, dass die Instrumente der Gesundheitskommunikation, wenn sie gut gemessen werden, für die Therapietreue von grundlegender Bedeutung sind, was wiederum zu einer Verbesserung des Allgemeinzustands der Patienten führt.

L'AIDS, ormai considerato una malattia cronica, ha tra i suoi problemi principali la mancata o insufficiente aderenza al trattamento. Gli studi in quest'area si sono moltiplicati a causa della sua importanza. Diverse aree di conoscenza attraversano il tema aiutando nel tentativo di mitigare gli effetti negativi che la scarsa aderenza fornisce all'individuo, alla società, al sistema sanitario nazionale e globale. I risultati delle tecniche utilizzate nel nostro studio/intervento sono stati promettenti e abbiamo potuto dedurre che gli strumenti della Comunicazione Sanitaria, quando ben misurati, sono fondamentali per i livelli di aderenza al trattamento, portando come conseguenza il miglioramento delle condizioni generali dei pazienti.

Le SIDA, désormais considéré comme une maladie chronique, a pour principal problème l'échec ou le manque d'adhésion au traitement. Les études dans ce domaine se sont multipliées en raison de son importance. Plusieurs domaines de connaissances croisent le thème, aidant à la tentative d'atténuer les effets négatifs qu'une mauvaise observance entraîne pour l'individu, la société, le système de santé national et mondial. Les résultats des techniques utilisées dans notre étude/intervention étaient prometteurs et nous avons pu déduire que les outils de la communication en matière de santé, lorsqu'ils sont bien mesurés, sont fondamentaux pour les niveaux d'adhésion au traitement, entraînant comme conséquences l'amélioration de l'état général des patients.

El SIDA, considerado actualmente una enfermedad crónica, tiene como uno de sus principales problemas el fracaso o la falta de adherencia al tratamiento. Los estudios en esta área se han multiplicado debido a su importancia. Varias áreas del conocimiento atraviesan el tema, ayudando en el intento de mitigar los efectos negativos que la mala adherencia proporciona al individuo, a la sociedad, al sistema nacional y mundial de salud. Los resultados de las técnicas utilizadas en nuestro estudio/intervención fueron promisorios y pudimos inferir que las herramientas de Comunicación en Salud, cuando bien medidas, son fundamentales para los niveles de adherencia al tratamiento, trayendo como consecuencias la mejoría del estado general de los pacientes.

AIDS, now considered a chronic disease, has as one of its main problems the failure or lack of adherence to treatment. The studies in this area have been multiplying due to its importance. Several areas of knowledge cross the theme helping in the attempt to mitigate the negative effects that poor adherence provides to the individual, to society, to the national and global health system. The results of the techniques used in our study/intervention were promising and we could infer that the tools of Health Communication, when well measured, are fundamental to the levels of adherence to treatment, bringing as consequences the improvement of the general condition of patients.
