Throughout this work it was possible to describe the different stages of development of the company PLA S.A. and the changes and transformations that took place in the organisation of work, we tried to give an answer to the main transformations that took place during its growth. As well as how these changes are perceived by the protagonists, the workers of the PLA S.A. factory.

Ao longo deste trabalho foi possível descrever as diferentes fases de desenvolvimento da empresa PLA S.A. e as mudanças e transformações ocorridas na organização do trabalho, procurámos dar resposta às principais transformações ocorridas durante o seu crescimento. Assim como a forma como estas transformações são percepcionadas pelos protagonistas, os trabalhadores da fábrica PLA S.A.

Nel corso di questo lavoro è stato possibile descrivere le diverse fasi di sviluppo dell'azienda PLA S.A. e i cambiamenti e le trasformazioni avvenuti nell'organizzazione del lavoro, abbiamo cercato di dare una risposta alle principali trasformazioni avvenute durante la sua crescita. E come questi cambiamenti siano stati percepiti dai protagonisti, i lavoratori della fabbrica PLA S.A.

Im Laufe dieser Arbeit war es möglich, die verschiedenen Entwicklungsphasen des Unternehmens PLA S.A. und die Veränderungen und Transformationen, die in der Arbeitsorganisation stattgefunden haben, zu beschreiben. Und wie diese Veränderungen von den Protagonisten, den Arbeitern der Fabrik PLA S.A., wahrgenommen werden.
