W polityce bud¿etowej zawiera ¿rodki gospodarcze, które zostan¿ wprowadzone w nadchodz¿cym roku. Zapowiedziane dziäania s¿ ¿ci¿le zwi¿zane z planem rozwoju gospodarczego. Przy opracowywaniu polityki bud¿etowej wybrany pose¿ lub decydenci rz¿dz¿cego rz¿du b¿d¿ przedstawiä radzie wykonawczej lub gabinetowi pomys¿y, sugestie lub propozycje. W artykule argumentowano, ¿e istnieje ¿cis¿y zwi¿zek mi¿dzy cz¿onkiem partii rz¿dz¿cej lub rz¿dem a przygotowaniem polityki bud¿etowej. Aby zbadä t¿ spraw¿, niniejszy dokument wykorzystuje ankiet¿ (kwestionariusz) i wywiady z decydentami (pos¿em do Parlamentu). W niniejszym dokumencie stwierdzono, ¿e pose¿ ma wp¿yw na ksztät rocznego bud¿etu. W sposób dorozumiany polityka bud¿etowa ma korelacj¿ z wynikami gospodarczymi.

L'objectif principal de cet article est d'étudier entre l'institution politique et la politique budgétaire en Malaisie. En général, le parti politique du gouvernement au pouvoir a des droits ou privilèges dans l'élaboration et la mise en ¿uvre de politiques économiques, y compris la politique budgétaire, qui est généralement annoncée à la fin de chaque année. Dans la politique budgétaire contient des mesures économiques qui seraient introduites dans l'année à venir. Les mesures annoncées sont étroitement liées au plan de développement économique: lors de l'élaboration de la politique budgétaire, un député élu ou des décideurs politiques du gouvernement au pouvoir proposeront des idées, des suggestions ou des propositions au conseil exécutif ou au Cabinet. Ce document a fait valoir qu'il existe un lien solide entre le membre du parti au pouvoir ou du gouvernement avec la préparation de la politique budgétaire. Pour examiner la question, ce document utilise une enquête (questionnaire) et des entretiens avec les décideurs politiques (député). Ce document a constaté que le député influence la présentation du budget annuel. Implicitement, la politique budgétaire a une corrélation avec les performances économiques.

The main objective of this paper is to investigate between the political institution and the budget policy in Malaysia. In general, the political party of the ruling government has a rights or privileges in drafting and implementing economic policies including budget policy which is usually announced at the end of every year. In budget policy contains economic measures that would be introduced in the coming year. The measures that were announced closely related to the economic development plan.In drafting the budget policy, elected Member of Parliament or policy-makers of the ruling government will offer ideas, suggestions or proposals to the executive council or the Cabinet. This paper argued that there is a solid link between the member of the ruling party or government with preparation of the budget policy. To examine the matter this paper uses survey (questionnaire) and interviewing policy-makers (Member of Parliament). This paper found that the Member of Parliament do influence the outlining of the annual budget. Implicitly the budget policy has a correlation with the economic performance.
