La melatonina es una indolamina derivada del aminoácido triptófano, producida en la glándula pineal y caracterizada por su capacidad para secuestrar especies reactivas del oxígeno (ROS). Ziel dieser Studie war es, die Wirkung einer Melatoninzugabe zum Tris-Gema-Verdünnungsmittel auf die Kryokonservierung von Rindersperma zu untersuchen.
