PAPPA OCH HANS PAPPA är en familjeberättelse som spänner över ett hundra år från oskariansk tid till 1960-talet. Den handlar om författarens pappa och hans pappa, som skildras genom tidsdokument som fotografier, brev och en dagbok. Vi får levande interiörbilder från herrgårdar, gruvor och bruk i södra Dalarna och Småland, upplevda inte minst från barnets perspektiv som elev i läroverket i Falun.
