Intelligence artificielle, objets connectés, applications, télémédecine, sont autant d¿innovations numériques qui ont bouleversé les usages dans le domaine de la santé. Ces innovations sont souvent difficiles à cerner en raison de leur caractère protéiforme et d¿un rythme de développement différent selon les pays, dont la France et l¿Angleterre qui feront ici l¿objet d¿une comparaison.  La France se distingue par un cadre réglementaire strict intégrant progressivement les innovations numériques en santé. L¿Angleterre s¿illustre par la multiplication de partenariats entre le secteur public (NHS) et les entreprises privées, en particulier les multinationales américaines. Cette transformation des codes, des acteurs et des frontières s¿incarne dans une nouvelle valeur qui est la donnée personnelle de santé. Réglementée par le RGPD, règlement européen relatif à la protection des données personnelles, la gestion des données des patients pose aussi des questions économiques et éthiques, qüil s¿agisse de leur conservation, de leur protection et/ou de leur vente mais aussi de la représentation du corps humain.  Au-delà des enjeux de qualification juridique, les innovations numériques en santé sont le résultat d¿investissements publics considérables depuis la fin des années 1990, à l¿échelle européenne, nationale et locale¿; elles ont également bénéficié d¿une politique favorable aux partenariats publics et privés et à la création de nombreux relais. L¿innovation numérique en santé est le témoin de la révolution numérique qui bouleverse les sociétés contemporaines comme le fit la révolution industrielle au XIXe siècle.

Kurz nach Garibaldis Tode sind seine Memoiren aufgrund seiner eigenen Niederschrift im Verlag Barbèra in Florenz zum ersten Male erschienen und haben von da an zahlreiche Neuauflagen erlebt ... Eine deutsche Ausgabe liegt schon seit 1861 vor, die von Frau Schwarz besorgt wurde, die unter dem Namen Elpis Melena schrieb, eine der enthusiastischsten unter den zahlreichen Verehrerinnen Garibaldis. Dieser überließ ihr, als sie ihn bald nach seiner Niederlassung in Caprera dort besuchte, das Manuskript seiner Memoiren, soweit sie damals vorlagen, nämlich bis zu seinem Aufbruch aus Südamerika im Frühling 1848. Die deutsche Übertragung, die die Genannte davon veranstaltete, erschien 1861 in Hamburg. Ein zweites Mal hat Garibaldi sein Manuskript, nachdem er es von Elpis Melena zurückgefordert, dem Franzosen Alexander Dumas anvertraut, der es ins Französische übertrug, so zwar, daß er es mit eigenen Zutaten bereicherte und in eine halb historische, halb romantische Darstellung umarbeitete, außerdem selbständig eine Fortsetzung bis 1860 hinzufügte, und dieses Buch hat dann Dr. Gottlieb Fink ins Deutsche übersetzt und in 3 Bändchen 1860 in Stuttgart erscheinen lassen. Demgegenüber liegt unserer Übertragung der authentische Text der Memoiren Garibaldis zugrunde. Da indes die vollständige Wiedergabe den Umfang eines Bandes der »Bibliothek wertvoller Memoiren« beträchtlich überschreiten würde, so mußte der erste Teil, die Schilderung der Jugend Garibaldis und seine Kämpfe und Abenteuer in Südamerika, fortfallen. Von dem Zeitpunkt der Rückkehr Garibaldis in sein Vaterland zu Anfang des Jahres 1848 an ist dagegen die Übertragung vollständig, abgesehen nur davon, daß vereinzelt einige störende Längen der Darstellung getilgt wurden, was durch Punkte in der Zeile angezeigt ist. Die Übertragung selbst hat sich bestrebt, die Schreibart Garibaldis nicht etwa nur dem Inhalt nach, sondern selbst im einzelnen Ausdruck, in der einzelnen Wendung, so genau wiederzugeben, wie es mit dem Geiste der deutschen Sprache sowie einem gewissen Fluß der Erzählung vereinbar schien. Eine erste Fassung von den »Sieben Säulen der Weisheit« vollendete Lawrence 1919. Das einzige Exemplar des Manuskripts hat der Autor jedoch bei einer Zugreise verloren. Aus der Erinnerung verfaßte Lawrence bis 1920 eine zweite Version des Werkes und überarbeitete sie bis 1922. Später nahm Lawrence weitere Korrekturen an seinem Werk vor und ließ sich von Freunden überreden, eine gekürzte Fassung anzufertigen. Das Ergebnis war eine immer noch umfangreiche Version, die 1926 aufwendig gebunden und üppig illustriert mit erheblichem finanziellen Verlust für Lawrence an etwa 200 Subskribenten verkauft wurde. Um die Verluste wettzumachen, brachte Lawrence 1927 eine weiter gekürzte Version unter dem Titel »Revolt in the Desert« (Aufstand in der Wüste) für das breite Publikum heraus. Bernard Shaw und E. M. Forster sahen diese Fassung als das eigentliche Meisterwerk von T. E. Lawrence.

Aus der VorbemerkungWir sind sechs Schülerinnen des Wirtschaftsgymnasiums der Wessenberg-Schule Konstanz. Im Schuljahr 1992/93 besuchten wir in der Jahrgangsstufe 12 den Leistungskurs Französisch, der sich im Rahmen der Landeskunde auch mit Themen wie Besetzung Frankreichs im 2. Weltkrieg, Collaboration, Résistance und französische Besatzungszeit nach 1945 befasste. Dabei kam auch das Schicksal der Insel Reichenau zur Sprache, nämlich die Evakuierung von 1945, von der wir noch nie etwas gehört hatten, auch nicht die drei Schülerinnen, die selber auf der Reichenau wohnen.Wir haben eine erste Fassung für einen Französisch-Wettbewerb der Robert-Bosch-Stiftung geschrieben und dafür Akten des Gemeindearchivs und des Pfarreiarchivs der Reichenau durchgesehen. Außerdem haben wir ältere Personen auf der Reichenau über ihre Erlebnisse 1945 befragt. Anschließend haben wir eine erweiterte deutsche Fassung erstellt, für die wir vor allem die französische Perspektive, d.h. die der Armee und die der befreiten KZ-Häftlinge, die auf die Insel kamen, einbezogen haben. Unsere französische Quellen stammen aus dem Südkurier-Archiv Konstanz, dem Besatzungsarchiv in Colmar, dem Archiv des Deportiertenverbandes FNDIRP in Paris, der "Amicale des Anciens de Dachau" in Paris und von Frau Maréchale de Lattre. Wir danken allen, die uns bei dieser Arbeit unterstützt haben. Wir wollten ein dunkles Kapitel der deutsch-französischen Beziehungen sachlich und unvoreingenommen aufarbeiten, Gerüchte und Spekulationen durch präzise Informationen ersetzen.
