On their return to Belgium in 1960, until her sudden death in 1997, she worked in Brussels as an artist and-from 1976 until 1990-as a professor at La Cambre.

Este libro trata del desarrollo urbano irregular en el municipio de São Sebastião, en el litoral norte de São Paulo, Brasil. Este desarrollo, resultado del éxodo urbano y la especulación inmobiliaria, ha causado importantes problemas socioambientales, así como una carga para las arcas públicas. Para mitigar esta situación, se ideó una metodología de tributación voluntaria para minimizar la carga sobre las arcas públicas y garantizar que los ingresos generados por esta metodología se destinen exclusivamente a estos centros urbanos, conocidos como ZEIS - Zonas Especiales de Interés Social. Para alcanzar el objetivo propuesto, se realizó una investigación bibliográfica sobre el tema, así como una investigación documental para la realización de estudios técnicos en el Ayuntamiento. Finalmente, la TADUS - Taxa de Auxílio para o Desenvolvimento Urbano e Social - se presentó como una alternativa viable para mejorar la inversión en infraestructuras en estas zonas.

Questo sviluppo, dovuto all'esodo urbano e alla speculazione immobiliare, ha causato gravi problemi socio-ambientali e un onere per le casse pubbliche. Per mitigare questa situazione, è stata ideata una metodologia di tassazione volontaria per ridurre al minimo l'onere sulle casse pubbliche e per garantire che le entrate generate da questa metodologia siano destinate esclusivamente a questi centri urbani, noti come ZEIS - Zone di Interesse Sociale Speciale. Per raggiungere l'obiettivo proposto, sono state effettuate ricerche bibliografiche sull'argomento e ricerche documentali per indagini tecniche presso il Comune.
