A partire dal 1995, la Repubblica Federale Democratica di Etiopia è stata prevalentemente amministrata da una struttura etno-federalista caratterizzata da una certa distribuzione delle responsabilità tra le componenti etniche, nazionali, statali e regionali con l'obiettivo di mantenere l'integrità territoriale complessiva del Paese. Tuttavia, nonostante i continui risultati di crescita economica dell'ultimo decennio e i tentativi intrapresi per sollevare i poveri delle campagne dalla povertà, l'attuazione del federalismo etnico in Etiopia negli ultimi vent'anni ha prodotto dibattiti polarizzanti. Lo scopo centrale di questo studio è quello di rivalutare la struttura e trarre insegnamenti dal tipo di federalismo etiope che esiste da più di due decenni. Sin embargo, a pesar de los continuos logros de crecimiento económico durante la última década y los intentos emprendidos para sacar de la pobreza a los pobres de las zonas rurales, la aplicación del etnofederalismo en Etiopía durante los últimos veinte años ha producido debates polarizadores. El propósito central de este estudio es reevaluar la estructura del tipo de federalismo etíope que ha existido durante más de dos décadas y extraer lecciones de él. Además, se espera que el estudio aporte ideas adicionales para que los responsables políticos reexaminen la forma de federalismo existente y, de este modo, modifiquen el país hacia un federalismo democrático autónomo que contribuya a la estabilidad y la unidad de Etiopía, y capacite a la población local para autogobernarse, de modo que pueda avanzar y entablar un diálogo que negocie eficazmente sus intereses, quejas y aspiraciones.

Seit 1995 wird die Demokratische Bundesrepublik Äthiopien überwiegend von einer ethnisch-föderalistischen Struktur verwaltet, die durch eine gewisse Aufteilung der Zuständigkeiten zwischen ethnischen, nationalen, staatlichen und regionalen Komponenten gekennzeichnet ist, um die territoriale Integrität des Landes insgesamt zu wahren. Trotz des anhaltenden Wirtschaftswachstums im letzten Jahrzehnt und der Versuche, die arme Landbevölkerung aus der Armut zu befreien, hat die Umsetzung des ethnischen Föderalismus in Äthiopien in den letzten zwanzig Jahren zu polarisierenden Debatten geführt. Das Hauptziel dieser Studie ist es, die Struktur des äthiopischen Föderalismus, der seit mehr als zwei Jahrzehnten besteht, neu zu bewerten und Lehren daraus zu ziehen. This text examines the differentiated occupation of administrative posts within the African Union. It starts from the observation that not all states are represented in the same way, despite the principle of sovereign equality that governs international organisations. He explores the hypothesis that the optimal occupation of posts within the African Union can be explained by the military strength of the member states. In other words, the stronger a state is militarily, the more administrative posts its nationals occupy within the African Union. Using both a quantitative and qualitative approach, he demonstrates that military strength influences the appointment and election of officials to this institution. In the light of these results, he validates the realist axiom of international anarchy while celebrating the marriage between realist and constructivist theories often presented as antinomic. Indeed, his results show that if certain states are over-represented within the Union, it is because their military strength gives them the necessary respect and esteem.

Le «  populisme  » est en passe de devenir la seule force d'opposition du fait de la disparition des traditionnels clivages droite-gauche. Il reste pourtant difficile à définir. Il s¿apparente en effet beaucoup plus à un comportement qüà une véritable idéologie, avec toutefois un point central, l¿opposition entre un «  peuple  » uniforme et idéalisé et des «  élites  », naturellement corrompues, dont feraient parties les instances dirigeantes, même démocratiquement élues.Il était donc intéressant d¿en rechercher les origines, puis les premières manifestations en France et à l¿étranger. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird deshalb die Darstellung durch eine Damals-Heute-Gegenüberstellung der Disney-Zeichentrickfilme aufgezeigt. Neben dem maskulinen Geschlecht werden insbesondere das Leben und das Verhalten der Frau in der jeweiligen Zeitphase und die Darbietung der weiblichen Hauptfigur im Film in den Fokus der Analyse gesetzt, da die Veränderungen und die Darstellungen im Feminismus meiner Ansicht nach deutlicher ersichtlich sind.Durch die Beschäftigung mit den unterschiedlichen Disney-Filmen der drei großen Disneyphasen ('Klassische Ära', 'Eiserne Ära' und 'Neue Ära') soll angeführt werden, ob und wie sich die Geschlechterbilder in den Kinderfilmen mit der Zeit verändert haben. Mittels der Analyse der Filmsequenzen der jeweiligen Filme soll untersucht werden, wie Gender im Kinderfilm repräsentiert und medial konstruiert wird. The histories of European unification and of West European democracy during the second half of the twentieth century have often been considered as separate or even antagonistic processes with the institutions of European integration being regarded as bastions of bureaucratic rule.
