In addition to stimulating innovation in new business models, modern working methods and the digitalisation of business processes, start-ups are expected to create jobs. In a recent study, we examined the types of jobs created by startups, and their qualification and skill requirements. The study is based on the assumption that the staffing needs of start-ups can be seen as a predictor of future skill and labour demands. The findings support start-up¿s job creation potential, especially in the field of computer science and communication technology. The study also found that, academic degrees dominate the skill demands of startups. However, the characteristic 'openness' of start-ups also applies to the qualification level of personnel, as the surveyed enterprises were open to both academically trained and professionally qualified specialists. Furthermore, start-ups attach great importance to IT, personal and interprofessional competencies.

Indem wir den Einfluss des Strebens nach einem ästhetischen Ideal im Bodybuilding auf die individuelle Selbstwahrnehmung genauer betrachten, möchten wir ein besseres Verständnis für die komplexen Zusammenhänge zwischen körperlicher Erscheinung, sozialen Erwartungen und vor allem dem individuellen Selbstbild gewinnen. Um diese Frage zu beantworten, werden in dieser Hausarbeit zunächst das Konzept des ¿Schönen¿ näher beleuchtet, gefolgt von einer Analyse ästhetischer Idealen im Zusammenhang mit der Selbstwahrnehmung. Darauf folgt die Frage, ob diese zwei Dinge miteinander vereinbar sind. Im fünften Kapitel werden die Konzepte der Selbstwahrnehmung auf das Bodybuilding und dessen Ideale thematisiert. La autovaloración del aprendizaje en específico es imprescindible para la autorregulación comportamental del estudiante en el ámbito educativo. Documentos que rigen la política de la Educación Superior en Cuba conciben a la formación como proceso sustantivo trascendental para brindar a la sociedad un profesional calificado y con desarrollo personológico. Alcanzar dicha meta, requiere una adecuada autovaloración del aprendizaje estudiantil. Lamentablemente, el ideal al cual se aspira y la realidad no siempre coinciden. En estudiantes de 3er año de Cultura Física del CUM Melena del Sur, se aprecian insuficiencias en la autovaloración de sus aprendizajes; formulándose el Problema Científico: ¿Cómo adecuar la autovaloración del aprendizaje en estudiantes de 3er año de la Licenciatura en Cultura Física, del CUM Melena del Sur? El Objeto de investigación fue: la autovaloración del aprendizaje en estudiantes universitarios y el Objetivo: Proponer una metodología para adecuar la autovaloración del aprendizaje en la muestra seleccionada. En el estudio se emplearon métodos teóricos, estadístico-matemáticos, empíricos, y técnicas como test psicológicos y la triangulación. La Población estuvo compuesta por los 40 estudiantes que cursan Cultura Física en el CUM Melena del Sur y su claustro (N: 19); y la muestra por alumnos de 3er año de la carrera (33% del total). Se encontró que el tipo de inadecuación autovalorativa predominante en los examinados fue la sobrevaloración; estudiantes que autovaloraron mejor sus aprendizajes, pronosticaron con mayor exactitud su rendimiento académico; y el compromiso con metas de aprendizaje incide sobre la autovaloración académica. Los especialistas y usuarios consultados consideran que la metodología propuesta puede contribuir a adecuar la autovaloración del aprendizaje en estudiantes de Cultura Física.

Durch diese Umstrukturierung, der Einführung der Wehrpflicht im Jahre 1935 und der auf zwei Jahre verkürzten Wehrdienstzeit, musste die Reitvorschrift (1937) angepasst werden. Eine schnellere Ausbildung der Pferde und Reiter auf abgesenktem Niveau stand jetzt im Vordergrund. Das Ziel war die sichere Beherrschung des Pferdes im Gelände sowie die Fähigkeit der Pferde Tagesmärsche von durchschnittlich 75 Km zu absolvieren. Pferd und Reiter wurden nur noch bis L Niveau ausgebildet, statt vormals bis M/S.Die H. Dv. 12 von 1937 wurde nachdem Krieg als Grundlage der FN Richtlinien für Reiten und Fahren herangezogen.
