Die Unterstützung für Frauen, die Opfer von Gewalt geworden sind, ist im derzeitigen System unzureichend. Das Gesetz allein kann die Opfer nicht schützen, und es bedarf einer Reihe miteinander verbundener Maßnahmen, wie psychologische Betreuung und soziale Aufmerksamkeit, damit die Frauen nicht "Opfer" der Vorschriften werden, die sie schützen sollen.

Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit dem kollektiven Unterricht von Musikinstrumenten innerhalb des Schlagzeugkurses am Konservatorium für Brasilianische Volksmusik in Curitiba und beschreibt in chronologischer Weise die pädagogische Ausrichtung und die Methoden, die bei der musikalischen Einführung von Schlaginstrumenten durch kollektiven Unterricht angewandt werden. El apoyo a las mujeres víctimas de violencia está fallando con el sistema actual. El sistema de justicia penal protege la violencia desde una perspectiva alejada de la realidad de quienes pretende proteger, y es incapaz de proteger el libre ejercicio de la sexualidad. Los datos estadísticos demuestran la ineficacia del sistema penal cuando se utiliza para proteger a las mujeres. El discurso utiliza la demagogia, enraizándose en elementos como los principios de igualdad, legalidad y humanidad, para conseguir objetivos que no se enuncian explícitamente. La victimización se produce con la violencia de género, porque formalmente los hombres siempre serán los agresores y las mujeres las víctimas. Activar el sistema penal para proteger a las mujeres supone muchas veces victimizarlas doblemente, dada la ineficacia del sistema de protección y la criminalización implícita del discurso protector. Este trabajo aborda la enseñanza colectiva de instrumentos musicales en el curso de percusión del Conservatorio de Música Popular Brasileña de Curitiba, describiendo, de forma cronológica, la orientación pedagógica y las metodologías utilizadas en la iniciación musical de instrumentos de percusión a través de la enseñanza colectiva. Así, esta investigación traza los caminos del curso de percusión y las directrices pedagógicas de la institución desde su creación en 1992 hasta la actualidad, identificando la bibliografía utilizada dentro del curso y proponiendo un abordaje de la enseñanza de los instrumentos de percusión popular brasileña.

This study was carried out during my undergraduate degree in music education with the intention of understanding the relationship between deaf young people and their interaction with music. It is a qualitative investigation, with data collected through a questionnaire and interviews with young people. It is hoped that the results will help music educators plan and make the necessary adaptations to inclusive music classes.

Around 80 million Brazilians self-medicate, which is a natural and worrying practice among the population, due to the risks to their health. The survey was carried out among 82 professors from the Institute of Health Sciences, the Institute of Agrarian Sciences and the Institute of Natural, Human and Social Sciences at the Federal University of Mato Grosso. Self-medication is practiced among female teachers (51%) and graduates without any kind of specialization (42.6%). The main class of medication used in this practice was analgesics-antipyretics (95%) and the pathology or symptom that motivated self-medication was headache (80.5%). These drugs were self-indicated in 60% and motivated by knowledge acquired throughout life (33%). Of the main outcomes of self-medication, 78% achieved remission of the symptom that led to the practice. Therefore, since the teaching community is an opinion-forming community, one way of reducing the rates of self-medication would be to make them aware of the dangers of self-medication, so that this knowledge is replicated.

This work deals with the collective teaching of musical instruments within the percussion course at the Conservatory of Popular Brazilian Music in Curitiba, describing, in a chronological manner, the pedagogical direction and methodologies used in the musical initiation of percussion instruments through collective teaching. Thus, this research traces the paths of the percussion course and the pedagogical guidelines of the institution from its creation in 1992 to the present day, identifying the bibliography used within the course and proposing an approach to teaching Brazilian popular percussion instruments.

Support for women who are victims of violence is failing under the current system. Violence is protected by the criminal justice system from a perspective that is far removed from the reality of those it aims to protect, and it is unable to protect the free exercise of sexuality. Statistical data demonstrates the ineffectiveness of the criminal justice system when used to protect women. The discourse uses demagoguery, rooting itself in elements such as the principles of equality, legality and humanity, in order to achieve objectives that are not explicitly stated. Victimisation occurs with gender violence, because formally, men will always be the aggressors and women the victims. Triggering the criminal justice system in order to protect women often means victimising them twice over, given the ineffectiveness of the protection system and the implicit criminalisation of the protective discourse. The law cannot protect victims on its own, and a set of interconnected measures is needed, such as psychological care and social attention, so that women are not "victims" of the rules that aim to protect them.

Artificial shading is widely used in the production of cashew rootstocks (Anacardium occidentale L.) and can positively affect their growth rate and quality. The aim of this study was to evaluate the germination, growth and development of cashew rootstocks subjected to different levels of shading at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Maranhão/IFMA Campus Codó.

Cette étude a été réalisée au cours de ma licence en éducation musicale dans le but de comprendre la relation entre les jeunes sourds et leur interaction avec la musique. Il s'agit d'une enquête qualitative, dont les données ont été recueillies au moyen d'un questionnaire et d'entretiens avec des jeunes. Nous espérons que les résultats aideront les éducateurs musicaux à planifier et à apporter les adaptations nécessaires aux cours de musique inclusifs.

Tra i principali risultati dell'automedicazione, il 78% ha ottenuto la remissione del sintomo che ha portato alla pratica. Pertanto, poiché la comunità degli insegnanti è una comunità che forma opinioni, un modo per ridurre i tassi di automedicazione sarebbe quello di renderli consapevoli dei pericoli dell'automedicazione, in modo che questa conoscenza venga replicata.

Questo lavoro tratta dell'insegnamento collettivo degli strumenti musicali all'interno del corso di percussioni del Conservatorio di Musica Popolare Brasiliana di Curitiba, descrivendo, in maniera cronologica, l'orientamento pedagogico e le metodologie utilizzate nell'iniziazione musicale degli strumenti a percussione attraverso l'insegnamento collettivo. In questo modo, la ricerca traccia i percorsi del corso di percussioni e gli orientamenti pedagogici dell'istituzione dalla sua creazione nel 1992 a oggi, identificando la bibliografia utilizzata all'interno del corso e proponendo un approccio all'insegnamento degli strumenti a percussione popolari brasiliani.

Questo studio è stato condotto durante il mio corso di laurea in educazione musicale con l'intento di comprendere il rapporto tra i giovani sordi e la loro interazione con la musica. Si tratta di un'indagine qualitativa, con dati raccolti attraverso un questionario e interviste con i giovani. Si spera che i risultati aiutino gli educatori musicali a pianificare e ad apportare i necessari adattamenti alle lezioni di musica inclusiva.
