This volume examines the potentially deleterious impact of place branding on the social fabric, ecosystems and local economies of the places concerned. Cette recherche explore l'impact du protectorat français (1912-1956) sur l'architecture et la gestion du patrimoine à Marrakech, au Maroc. Elle analyse les changements adoptés non seulement dans les modèles architecturaux et la gestion du patrimoine, mais aussi dans la manière dont l'espace et le patrimoine sont perçus et pensés par leurs différents utilisateurs. Plutôt que de s'appuyer sur les traditionnelles dualités binaires colonialisme vs. post-colonialisme et colonisateur vs. colonisé habituellement utilisées pour décrire l'expérience historique marocaine et ses conséquences contemporaines, ce travail cherche plutôt à ouvrir de nouvelles lignes d'enquête à partir de perspectives historiques, sociales et spatiales, et aussi à introduire des voix qui ne sont pas habituellement entendues au niveau formel et officiel. L'objectif est de comprendre les changements apportés par les Français dans la gestion de l'espace et du patrimoine et, plus important encore, de comprendre la médina contemporaine de Marrakech "de l'intérieur", avec toutes ses nuances et sa complexité. L'industrie brésilienne de la construction a subi d'innombrables transformations, faisant de ce secteur l'un des plus importants du pays, tant pour l'économie que pour la main-d'¿uvre. Proportionnellement à l'augmentation de la main-d'¿uvre, le nombre d'accidents a augmenté de manière significative. L'objectif de cette étude était donc d'identifier et de prévenir les risques pour la santé et la sécurité des travailleurs sur le chantier de construction du Service social pour l'industrie (SESI) à Marília, São Paulo, Brésil. Pour ce faire, une revue bibliographique a été réalisée à partir des principes et concepts de risques, de la Norme Réglementaire de la Construction Civile, NR-18. Une méthodologie d'analyse a ensuite été mise en place afin de classer les risques présents dans chaque secteur de travail. Une analyse des risques a donc été réalisée, ce qui a permis d'établir les risques présents dans chaque secteur du processus de construction, permettant ainsi d'évaluer et de proposer des améliorations en matière d'accidents dans chaque secteur évalué. L'analyse a proposé une étude qui sert de base à une révision de la pratique et de la politique actuelles en matière de soins de santé des travailleurs, ouvrant ainsi la voie à de nouvelles études et discussions.

The Brazilian construction industry has undergone countless transformations, making the sector one of the most important in the country, both for the economy and for labour. In proportion to the increase in the labour force, the number of accidents has grown significantly. The aim of this study was therefore to identify and prevent risks to the health and safety of workers on the construction site of the Social Service for Industry (SESI) in Marília, São Paulo, Brazil. To this end, a bibliographical review was carried out based on the principles and concepts of risks, the Regulatory Standard governing Civil Construction, NR-18. An analysis methodology was then set up in order to classify the risks found in each work sector. So a risk analysis was carried out, which made it possible to establish the risks found in each sector of the construction process, thus being able to assess and propose accident improvements in each sector assessed. The analysis proposed a study that serves as the basis for a review of the current practice and policy of worker health care, opening up space for new studies and discussions.

O objetivo é compreender as mudanças trazidas pelos franceses na gestão do espaço e do património e, mais importante ainda, compreender a medina de Marraquexe contemporânea "a partir de dentro", com todas as suas nuances e complexidade. O argumento é que o contexto colonial da medina de Marraquexe não era constituído por duas sociedades completamente separadas, colonizador e colonizado, mas sim por um único campo social e cultural onde todas as pessoas estavam ligadas, contribuindo de uma forma ou de outra.

Grundlage stellt dabei die augustinische Auslegung des entsprechenden Bibeltextes dar. Folgend soll mithilfe von Markus Ewels das Darstellungsproblem ¿Figur und Landschaft¿ in der venezianischen Malerei des 16. Jahrhunderts sowie die Beziehung der Figur zur Baumfigur näher beleuchtet werden. Anschließend erfolgen mit Ulrike Tarnows Überlegungen erste interpretative Schritte zum Verständnis von Tizians malerischem Umgang mit der Bibelstelle. Darauf aufbauend soll unter Bezugnahme von Ewel die Figurenkomposition im Licht der augustinischen Auslegung untersucht werden. Schließend wird diese Hausarbeit die Frage beantworten, wie Tizian das seinem Sujet zugrunde liegende Problem auf der Leinwand verhandelt.
