The theme of this monograph is: "Legal aspects of political reform and popular participation". Its purpose is to clarify what political reform is from a legal point of view, what forms and possibilities popular participation has in relation to the legislative process and to analyze the legislative changes that would be necessary to carry out the so-called political reform in Brazil. Questa monografia fornisce una descrizione dettagliata della pianta di kenaf e della sua diffusione geografica. Descrive inoltre la coltivazione, la raccolta e la trasformazione del kenaf in prodotti come sacchi, pasta e carta, materiali biocompositi, assorbenti, mangimi per animali, ecc.
