Die Arbeit verleiht nicht nur der bisher wenig beachteten Zielbestimmung im ersten Satz der Norm Konturen, sondern leuchtet auch die weitgehend unbestimmte Tatbestands- und Rechtsfolgenseite der Eingriffsbefugnis im zweiten und dritten Satz eingehend und umfassend aus. Die Analyse baut auf einer Untersuchung des Verhältnisses von Öffentlichem Recht und Privatrecht auf, die sich das Verhältnis der beiden Teilrechtsgebiete insbesondere für den Bereich der Verbraucherrechtsdurchsetzung ansieht. Abschließend werden auf Basis der gefundenen Ergebnisse Änderungsvorschläge bezüglich des § 4 Abs. 1a FinDAG formuliert.

Die Dissertation untersucht die Vereinbarkeit des von der BaFin praktizierte Settlement-Verfahrens mit dem geltendem Ordnungswidrigkeitenrecht und betrachtet vergleichend die Vorzüge der in den USA und dem Vereinigten Königreich etablierten Deferred Prosecution Agreements (DPAs), um eine Alternative zur ordnungswidrigkeitenrechtlichen Einbettung von Settlements aufzuzeigen. Bedeutung hat dieses Thema sowohl vor dem Hintergrund der Diskussion um die Schaffung eines Verbandssanktionenrechts wie auch für die Frage, ob man sich weiterhin am Grundsatz der Wahrheitsfindung von Amts wegen orientieren sollte, oder einer Hinwendung zur im angelsächsischen Raum vorherrschenden Verständigungspraxis der Vorzug zu geben ist.

So wird auch die raumbezogene Stadtgeographie als eine der differenziertesten Teildisziplinen der Anthropo- und Humangeographie bezeichnet. Die Begehung des städtischen öffentlichen Raumes stellt eine tagtägliche Aufgabe für einen Großteil der Menschen dar. Gleichzeitig konstituiert sich die Teilhabe am städtischen Leben zu jeglicher Tages- und Nachtzeit als Grundrecht der gesellschaftlichen Partizipation.Die Arbeit versucht zu ergründen, inwieweit die Inanspruchnahme dieses Rechtes in einem exemplarischen Teil der Stadt Heidelberg abweicht. Dabei wird der Fokus auf Frauen gelegt. Es sollen die Themen der (sexualisierten) Gewalt an Frauen im öffentlichen Raum, Übergriffe, die Bedrohung von Frauen im öffentlichen Raum und verstärkt das Sicherheitsgefühl und die Auswirkung auf Verhaltensweisen von Frauen untersucht werden. Nach einer einleitenden Definition von Angsträumen folgt eine kurze Darstellung einer Studie, welche explizit das Sicherheitsempfinden von Bürgerinnen aus Heidelberg untersuchte. Besagte Studie dient als Grundlage für die Arbeit. Sie stammt aus dem Jahr 1994. Entsprechend besteht der Bedarf einer aktuellen Untersuchung, welche ähnliche Themenbereiche abdeckt.

Anfang 2014 schenkte mir mein Vater eine Polaroid-Kamera, die schon seit Jahren ungenutzt in seinem Büro herumlag und eigentlich weggeworfen werden sollte. Die Polaroid Macro 5 war ursprünglich für die Zahn- und Tatortfotografie gedacht, aber meine eigene Verwendung für das klobige Gerät war zunächst unklar. Im Laufe der nächsten Monate kristallisierte sich durch Experimentieren und Ausprobieren nach und nach eine mögliche Verwendung heraus. Die Kamera erwies sich schnell als fähig, ein Gefühl einzufangen, das in einigen meiner (damals) früheren Bilder vorhanden war, die ich am meisten mochte, die ich aber nicht ohne weiteres nachstellen konnte. Die früheren Bilder hielten gewöhnliche Materialien oder Motive fest, aber die Bilder wirkten schwer fassbar und abstrakt - verwandelt durch die Inszenierung, den Rahmen und den Prozess des Fotografierens.

Much has been written about the aesthetics of the television series Hannibal and its devoted fans, and some have discussed its philosophical ideas and its Gothic characteristics, but until now there has been no in-depth reading of the show as a fairy tale. However, the show positions itself as a fairy tale in its third season. Recognizing it as a fairy tale provides an understanding of its appeal and forces us to consider its lessons. Like a fairy tale, Hannibal plays with time and reality and teaches its audience about their world and how to survive in it. From the show, the audience learns both the importance and the danger of family and friends, the complicated nature of humanity containing the capability for good and evil, and the arbitrariness of society's definitions and taboos. As a fairy tale, it draws its viewers in and encourages them not only to come back time and again but to retell and even add to the story.

The Homer Simpson-esque stereotype has been a persistent trope in cartoons since programming aimed directly at children and adolescents began. Young viewers are exposed to the incapable and incompetent ""hapless father"" archetype on a regular basis, causing both boys and girls to expect the bare minimum of fathers while mothers hold the responsibility for all domestic and parenting work. Cartoons rely heavily on toxic stereotypes for ratings, when in fact, healthy representations of fathers are just as successful in maintaining viewership. Eleven essays, written by scholars from around the world, investigate the topic of fatherhood as it is represented in children's animated television shows. Main themes that emerge include absent and negligent fathers, single fathers, generational shifts within families, and raising the standard of fathering by creating secure bonds between father and child. The authors uncover problematic fathers, imperfect yet redemptive fathers, and fathers who embody idealized parenting traits through some of our most beloved animated dads. This collection demonstrates the impact that media representations of father figures have on young viewers and argues for better role models.
