Es begann mit einem Social Media Post: Auf Instagram teilte ein Ureinwohner St. Paulis mit, er habe den Kiez noch nie so leer gesehen. Für den Hamburger Fotografen Tim Oehler der Impuls, sich die Kamera zu schnappen und diese Leere in ihrer surrealen Ästhetik zu dokumentieren. Und wo sonst auch in der Nacht das Leben pulsiert, waren auf einmal Langzeitbelichtungen möglich - auf den Ausfallstraßen, entlang der Magistralen, auf den weiten Plätzen und an den touristischen Hotspots der Hansestadt.
