Im Sommer 1937 - inmitten der prekären Zustände von Stalins Großem Terror - vollendete Schostakowitsch seine Sinfonie Nr. 5. Viennese composer Julius Bürger (also named Burger (1897-1995)) intersected with many important figures of 20th century western classical music. Despite success in some of the world's leading opera and broadcasting houses, Burger's true path as a composer was forever altered by the National Socialism.Burger studied with Franz Schreker in Vienna and Berlin. On Bruno Walter's recommendation, Burger later joined Artur Bodanzky as assistant at the Metropolitan Opera in New York. In 1929 he became Otto Klemperer's assistant at Berlin's Kroll Opera, returning to Vienna after Hitler's appointment as Chancellor in 1933. En route to Vienna from London in 1938, Burger and his wife foresaw what lay in store for Austria and detrained in Paris, abandoning their luggage. In 1939 Burger relocated to America and in 1949 he rejoined the staff at the Metropolitan Opera, starting a close working friendship with Dimitri Mitropoulos. His mother and four of his brothers were murdered in the Holocaust. A fifth brother's fate is still unknown.

En este contexto, las intervenciones de enfermería, en particular las de carácter informativo, son sumamente importantes, ya que facilitan los procesos de adaptación.

Las inundaciones y crecidas son uno de los principales tipos de catástrofes naturales, a menudo marcadas por lluvias intensas de corta y larga duración. Las inundaciones ocurren en muchas regiones de la Tierra y se intensifican por los cambios ambientales y las intervenciones antropogénicas cerca de los ríos. En 2008 y 2009, el municipio de Mossoró-RN experimentó precipitaciones por encima de lo normal, aumentando drásticamente el volumen de agua en el río Apodi-Mossoró que atraviesa la ciudad. Teniendo esto en cuenta, el objetivo de este trabajo fue realizar una evaluación de los daños socioambientales ocurridos en la ciudad de Mossoró, especialmente en la comunidad del barrio Ilha de Santa Luzia, a partir del Informe de Evaluación de Daños (AVANDAN) elaborado por la Coordinación Municipal de Defensa Civil (CONDEC), así como la percepción de las personas afectadas por las inundaciones, ya que el barrio se encuentra en una zona ribereña especial, y un área apta para la preservación permanente y de uso restringido, sujeta a inundaciones. El escenario se agrava por la falta de acciones preventivas continuas y sólo acciones de asistencia durante los eventos.

El trabajo realizado por el personal/trabajadores que prestan servicios en los laboratorios está constantemente expuesto a diversos riesgos con diferentes características de intensidad y transmisibilidad derivados de actividades específicas. Y debido a la gran variabilidad o multiplicidad de actividades, procedimientos operativos y organizativos que existen en cada sector del entorno de los laboratorios, esto debilita a esta clase de profesionales, que a menudo quedan marginados de la atenta mirada de los poderes públicos. Por estas razones, surgió la necesidad de estudiar las características físicas, operativas y organizativas del entorno del laboratorio que realiza análisis físico-químicos y microbiológicos de muestras de agua y efluentes, para posteriormente elaborar un manual de bioseguridad técnico-científico y educativo en conjunto con su personal técnico, a fin de atender las inquietudes y dudas técnicas y operativas de esta clase de profesionales.

Vor diesem Hintergrund haben wir dieses Buch verfasst, dessen Hauptziel es ist, die Daten der durchgeführten Studien zu integrieren und zu analysieren, um zu einem besseren Verständnis der aktuellen Situation beizutragen und die Verbesserung der Qualität der Pflege zu fördern. Die Ergebnisse der Studien zeigen, dass die Beeinträchtigung des Körperbildes in direktem Zusammenhang mit dem Erleben der Sexualität steht und dass die Beeinträchtigung des Körperbildes umso größer ist, je stärker der Eingriff verstümmelt wurde. In diesem Zusammenhang sind pflegerische Interventionen, insbesondere informativer Art, äußerst wichtig, da sie Anpassungsprozesse erleichtern.

Floods occur in many regions of the Earth and are intensified by environmental changes and anthropogenic interventions near rivers. In 2008 and 2009, the municipality of Mossoró-RN experienced above-normal rainfall, drastically increasing the volume of water in the river that cuts through the city, the Apodi-Mossoró. With this in mind, the aim of this study was to carry out an assessment of the socio-environmental damage that occurred in the city of Mossoró, especially in the community of the Ilha de Santa Luzia neighborhood, based on the Damage Assessment Report (AVANDAN) drawn up by the Municipal Civil Defense Coordination (CONDEC), as well as the perception of the people affected by the floods, since the neighborhood is located in a special riverside zone, and an area suitable for permanent preservation and restricted use, subject to flooding. The scenario is aggravated by the lack of continuous preventive actions and only assistance actions during events.

The work carried out by staff/workers who provide services in laboratories is constantly exposed to various risks with different intensity and transmissibility characteristics arising from specific activities. And due to the great variability or multiplicity of activities, operational and organizational procedures existing in each sector of the laboratory environment, this weakens this class of professionals, who are often marginalized from the attentive eyes of public authorities. For these reasons, there was a need to study the physical, operational and organizational characteristics of the laboratory environment that provides services for the physical-chemical and microbiological analysis of water and effluent samples, in order to subsequently draw up a technical-scientific and educational biosafety manual in conjunction with its technical staff, so as to address the technical and operational concerns and doubts of this class of professionals.

With this in mind, we have produced this book, the main aim of which is to integrate and analyse data from studies carried out, contributing to a better understanding of the current situation and promoting the increasing quality of the care provided. The results of the studies show that body image impairment is directly related to the experience of sexuality, and that the more mutilating the surgery, the greater the body image impairment. In this context, nursing interventions, particularly of an informative nature, are extremely important as they facilitate adaptive processes.

Dans ce contexte, l'objectif de ce travail était d'évaluer les dommages socio-environnementaux survenus dans la ville de Mossoró, en particulier dans la communauté du quartier Ilha de Santa Luzia, sur la base du rapport d'évaluation des dommages (AVANDAN) élaboré par la coordination municipale de la protection civile (CONDEC), ainsi que la perception des personnes touchées par les inondations, étant donné que le quartier est situé dans une zone riveraine spéciale et une zone adaptée à la préservation permanente et à l'utilisation restreinte, sujette aux inondations. Le scénario est aggravé par l'absence d'actions préventives continues et par le fait que seules des actions d'assistance sont menées lors des événements.

Pour ces raisons, il était nécessaire d'étudier les caractéristiques physiques, opérationnelles et organisationnelles de l'environnement du laboratoire qui effectue des analyses physico-chimiques et microbiologiques d'échantillons d'eau et d'effluents, afin d'élaborer ensuite un manuel de biosécurité technico-scientifique et pédagogique en collaboration avec son personnel technique, de manière à répondre aux préoccupations et aux doutes techniques et opérationnels de cette catégorie de professionnels.

Lo scenario è aggravato dalla mancanza di azioni continue di prevenzione e di interventi di assistenza solo durante gli eventi.
