The third chapter looks at the feelings developed by nursing professionals when a patient dies and how these issues should be reflected on. The fourth chapter raises some attitudinal actions that can support the team in dealing with the feelings experienced. In the fifth chapter, we briefly compare the references and ideas presented. We hope that this book will reach health professionals, nursing academics, nurses, scholars and other readers who are interested in the subject.

In proportion to the increase in the labour force, the number of accidents has grown significantly. The aim of this study was therefore to identify and prevent risks to the health and safety of workers on the construction site of the Social Service for Industry (SESI) in Marília, São Paulo, Brazil. To this end, a bibliographical review was carried out based on the principles and concepts of risks, the Regulatory Standard governing Civil Construction, NR-18. An analysis methodology was then set up in order to classify the risks found in each work sector. So a risk analysis was carried out, which made it possible to establish the risks found in each sector of the construction process, thus being able to assess and propose accident improvements in each sector assessed. The analysis proposed a study that serves as the basis for a review of the current practice and policy of worker health care, opening up space for new studies and discussions.

Lo scopo di questo studio è stato quindi quello di identificare e prevenire i rischi per la salute e la sicurezza dei lavoratori nel cantiere del Servizio Sociale per l'Industria (SESI) di Marília, San Paolo, Brasile. A tal fine, è stata effettuata una revisione bibliografica basata sui principi e sui concetti di rischio, sulla Norma di Regolamentazione delle Costruzioni Civili, NR-18. È stata quindi impostata una metodologia di analisi per classificare i rischi riscontrati in ciascun settore di lavoro. È stata quindi realizzata un'analisi dei rischi che ha permesso di stabilire i rischi riscontrati in ogni settore del processo di costruzione, potendo così valutare e proporre miglioramenti in materia di infortuni in ogni settore valutato. Zu diesem Zweck wurde eine Literaturrecherche durchgeführt, die auf den Grundsätzen und Konzepten von Risiken und der Norm NR-18 für das Bauwesen basierte. Anschließend wurde eine Analysemethode entwickelt, um die in den einzelnen Arbeitsbereichen festgestellten Risiken zu klassifizieren.
