This is the second of four volumes that resulted from an uncompleted project to catalogue Samuel Pepys's library at Magdalene College, Cambridge. In the early twentieth century an attempt was made to catalogue Samuel Pepys' library of 3000 volumes that had been bequeathed to Magdalene College, Cambridge. Four volumes were produced and Cambridge University Press make these valuable reference works available again.
