This book constitutes revised selected and extended papers presented at track 4 of the Conference on Computer Science and Intelligence Systems, FedCSIS 2022, which took place in Sofia, Bulgaria, during September 4¿7, 2022.The FedCSIS Information Systems and Technologies Track included AIST 2022, ISM 2022, DSH 2022, and KAM 2022. AIST 2022 received 11 submissions, from which 2 full papers and 1 short paper have been accepted; for ISM 2022 2 full and 3 short papers have been accepted from 15 submissions; and for DSH 2022 2 full and 1 short papers have been accepted from 11 submissions. From the 17 submissions to KAM 2022, no paper passed the extended reviews, so the overall acceptance rate was 20% for full and 18% for short papers. The papers were organized in topical sections named: Approaches to improving business; approaches to improving society; and methods for improving business and society.

This open access book constitutes revised selected papers from the International Workshops held at the 4th International Conference on Process Mining, ICPM 2022, which took place in Bozen-Bolzano, Italy, during October 23¿28, 2022.The conference focuses on the area of process mining research and practice, including theory, algorithmic challenges, and applications. The co-located workshops provided a forum for novel research ideas. The 42 papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 89 submissions. This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th Software Quality Days Conference, SWQD 2022, held in Vienna, Austria, during May 17-19, 2022.The Software Quality Days (SWQD) conference started in 2009 and has grown to the biggest conference on software quality in Europe. The program of the SWQD conference is designed to encompass a stimulating mixture of practical presentations and new research topics in scientific presentations. The guiding conference topic of the SWQD 2022 is "What's The Next Big Thing in Software Engineering and Quality?".The 4 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 8 submissions. This book constitutes the proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Decision Support Systems Technologies, ICDSST 2022, held during May 23-25, 2022.The EWG-DSS series of International Conference on Decision Support System Technology (ICDSST) is planned to consolidate the tradition of annual events organized by the EWG-DSS in offering a platform for European and international DSS communities, comprising the academic and industrial sectors, to present state-of-the-art DSS research and developments, to discuss current challenges that surround decision-making processes, to exchange ideas about realistic and innovative solutions, and to co-develop potential business opportunities.The main aim of this year¿s conference is to investigate the role DSS and related technologies can play in mitigating the impact of pandemics and post-crisis recovery. The 15 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 46 submissions. This book constitutes revised selected papers from the 16th and 17th International Conferences on Web Information Systems and Technologies, WEBIST 2020 and WEBIST 2021, which took place virtually in November 2020 and October 2021, respectively.The 10 full papers from WEBIST 2021 and 1 full paper from WEBIST 2020 presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from originally 48 paper submissions in 2020 and 107 submissions in 2021. The selected papers contribute to the understanding of relevant current research trends in Web information systems and technologies, including deep learning, knowledge representation and reasoning, recommender systems, internet of things, Web intelligence and big data.

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 11th Enterprise Engineering Working Conference, EEWC 2021, which was held online on November 12, 2021, and December 16-17, 2021.EEWC aims at addressing the challenges that modern and complex enterprises are facing in a rapidly changing world. This book constitutes the proceedings of the Second International Workshop on Model-Driven Organizational and Business Agility, MOBA 2022, which took place in Leuven, Belgium, in June 2022.MOBA was launched with the purpose of fetching scientific rigor into the agile practice within an entire enterprise, especially focusing on the role of models and modeling.The 10 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 22 submissions. They cover topics like business intelligence, agile business rules, agile software development, adaptive domain-specific interfaces, or reconfigurable software architectures.

This book constitutes the proceedings of the BPM Forum held at the 20th International Conference on Business Process Management, BPM 2022, which took place in Munster, Germany, in September 2022.The BPM Forum hosts innovative research which has a high potential of stimulating discussions. This book contains the refereed proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Agile Software Development, XP 2012, held in Malmö, Sweden, in May 2012.In the last decade, we have seen agile and lean software development strongly influence the way software is developed. Agile and lean software development has moved from being a way of working for a number of pioneers to becoming, more or less, the expected way of developing software in industry. The topics covered by the selected full papers include general aspects of agility, agile teams, studies related to the release and maintenance of software, and research on specific practices in agile and lean software development. Since its inception in 1968, software engineering has undergone numerous changes. In the early years, software development was organized using the waterfall model, where the focus of requirements engineering was on a frozen requirements document, which formed the basis of the subsequent design and implementation process. Since then, a lot has changed: software has to be developed faster, in larger and distributed teams, for pervasive as well as large-scale applications, with more flexibility, and with ongoing maintenance and quick release cycles.What do these ongoing developments and changes imply for the future of requirements engineering and software design? Now is the time to rethink the role of requirements and design for software intensive systems in transportation, life sciences, banking, e-government and other areas. Past assumptions need to be questioned, research and education need to be rethought.This book is based on the Design Requirements Workshop, held June 3-6, 2007, in Cleveland, OH, USA, where leading researchers met to assess the current state of affairs and define new directions. The papers included were carefully reviewed and selected to give an overview of the current state of the art as well as an outlook on probable future challenges and priorities. After a general introduction to the workshop and the related NSF-funded project, the contributions are organized in topical sections on fundamental concepts of design; evolution and the fluidity of design; quality and value-based requirements; requirements intertwining; and adapting requirements practices in different domains.
