The results of the early DRG classification part reveal that a small set of attributes is sufficient in order to substantially improve DRG classification accuracy as compared to the current approach of many hospitals.

For example, many existing proofs in control theory for compact targets and uniqueness of solutions also hold for closed targets and non-uniqueness.

The interest in the mathematical modeling of transportation systems stems from the need to predict how people might make use of new or improved transport infrastruc ture in order to evaluate the benefit of the required investments.

The main aim was to incorporate rare and not easily accessible sources like Russian journals, preprints or unpublished papers.

Since the emphasis lies on mathematical models, we shall not as a rule present statistical models, flow chart models, computer models, or the empirical testing aspects of these theories.

The literature on methods and applications of Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) has been reviewed and classified systematically. Part IV of the survey deals with the applications of these MADM methods.

After a substantial survey of panel data models, the newly proposed model is presented in detail and indirect estimations, full information and limited information estimations, and estimations with and without the assumption of normal distribution errors.

For instance, a physical law states that one physical aspect is structurally dependent on one or more other aspects. The study begins by piecing together the theoretical literature on exchange rate pass-through, to provide the basis for the development of models for the empirical analysis.
