The Third International Kant Congress met at the University of Rochester from March 30 through April 4, 1970. Over two hundred students of Kant's philosophy from Europe, Africa, and North and South America attended. One hundred and eight papers were presented in six plenary and twenty­ two concurrent sessions. Chairmen of programs, in addition to members of the Committee, were: Professors John E.
