Datenanalyse für die Verbesserung der Kontrolle von Übergeschwindigkeitsalarmen im Überwachungsmanagementzentrum bei SUTRAN Lima. Die Analyse aller Daten in Echtzeit, historisch, strukturiert, unstrukturiert, qualitativ, führt zur Durchführung einer Datenanalyse im Überwachungsmanagementzentrum, denn in diesem Bericht ging es darum, diese Werkzeuge auf die Daten anzuwenden, um die Kontrolle der Aktivität zu verbessern, die sich durch die vom Flottenüberwachungs-Kontrollsystem festgestellten Geschwindigkeitsüberschreitungen von Fahrzeugen zur Beförderung von Personen und Gütern entwickelt hat, die vom Verkehrsministerium genehmigt wurden und auf den nationalen Straßen des peruanischen Territoriums verkehren. Die verwendeten Informationen wurden vom Leiter des Überwachungszentrums und in Abstimmung mit den in diesem Bereich tätigen Kollegen aus den Akten der vergangenen Jahre entnommen. Mit Hilfe der Tools konnten die Kontrolltabellen für die verschiedenen Aktivitäten, einschließlich der allgemeinen und differenzierten Geschwindigkeitskontrolle, vereinheitlicht werden.

Dans les réseaux ad hoc véhiculaires (VANET), les véhicules communiquent par l'intermédiaire de canaux de véhicule à véhicule (V à V) et de véhicule à unité de bord de route (V à RSU), ce qui pose des problèmes pour un déploiement à grande échelle. L'un des principaux problèmes est la conception d'algorithmes de minimisation des délais pour gérer les perturbations du chemin dues à la mobilité des véhicules. Cette thèse propose un schéma axé sur la réduction des délais pour les véhicules à grande vitesse, minimisant ainsi les risques de collision. Il utilise les véhicules à faible vitesse pour partager les informations sur l'état de la route et la vitesse, réduisant ainsi le trafic global dans les réseaux VANET dynamiques. Le protocole de routage AODV est utilisé pour les demandes et les réponses inondées, en diffusant des paquets spécifiques appelés "delay-aware information". Des simulations informatiques réalisées à l'aide du simulateur ns-2 démontrent l'efficacité du système en termes d'augmentation de la livraison d'informations, de réduction de la surcharge des paquets et d'amélioration du débit.

Analyse des données pour l'amélioration du contrôle des alertes de survitesse dans le centre de gestion de la surveillance de SUTRAN Lima. Analyser toutes les données en temps réel, historiques, structurées, non structurées, qualitatives, conduit à effectuer une analyse de données dans le centre de gestion de surveillance pour ce rapport était d'appliquer ces outils aux données pour améliorer le contrôle de l'activité développée par les alertes de dépassement de vitesse détectées par le système de contrôle de surveillance de la flotte pour les véhicules de transport de passagers et de marchandises autorisés par le ministère des Transports circulant sur les routes nationales du territoire péruvien. Les informations utilisées ont été obtenues à partir des dossiers des années précédentes par le superviseur du centre de gestion du contrôle et en coordination avec les collègues opérant dans le domaine. Grâce aux outils, il a été possible de standardiser les tableaux de contrôle pour les différentes activités, y compris le contrôle général et différentiel des alertes d'excès de vitesse.

Uma questão fundamental é a conceção de algoritmos de minimização de atrasos para lidar com as interrupções do caminho devido à mobilidade dos veículos. Esta dissertação propõe um esquema focado na redução de atrasos para veículos de alta velocidade, minimizando os riscos de colisão. Utiliza veículos de baixa velocidade para partilhar informação sobre o estado da estrada e a velocidade, reduzindo o tráfego global em VANETs dinâmicas. O protocolo de encaminhamento AODV é utilizado para pedidos e respostas inundados, transmitindo pacotes específicos designados por informações sensíveis ao atraso. As simulações em computador utilizando o simulador ns-2 demonstram a eficácia do esquema no aumento da entrega de informações, na redução da sobrecarga de pacotes e na melhoria do rendimento.

Data analytics per il miglioramento del controllo degli allarmi di sovravelocità nel centro di gestione del monitoraggio di SUTRAN Lima. L'analisi di tutti i dati in tempo reale, storici, strutturati, non strutturati, qualitativi, porta a realizzare una data analytics nel centro di gestione del monitoraggio per cui in questa relazione si è voluto applicare questi strumenti ai dati per migliorare il controllo dell'attività sviluppata dagli allarmi di eccesso di velocità rilevati dal Sistema di Controllo del Monitoraggio della Flotta ai veicoli di trasporto di passeggeri e merci autorizzati dal Ministero dei Trasporti che circolano sulle strade nazionali del territorio peruviano. Le informazioni utilizzate sono state ricavate dagli archivi degli anni precedenti dal supervisore del centro di gestione del monitoraggio e in coordinamento con i colleghi che operano nell'area. Utilizzando gli strumenti, è stato possibile standardizzare le tabelle di controllo per le diverse attività, compreso il controllo degli avvisi di eccesso di velocità generale e differenziale.

Analisar todos os dados em tempo real, históricos, estruturados, não estruturados, qualitativos, leva a realizar uma análise de dados no centro de gestão de monitoramento para que neste relatório foi aplicar essas ferramentas aos dados para melhorar o controle da atividade desenvolvida por alertas de excesso de velocidade detectados pelo Sistema de Controle de Monitoramento de Frota para veículos de transporte de passageiros e mercadorias autorizados pelo Ministério dos Transportes que circulam nas estradas nacionais do território peruano. A informação utilizada foi obtida a partir de ficheiros de anos anteriores pelo Supervisor do centro de gestão de monitorização e em coordenação com os colegas operadores da área.

In the last two decades, no monograph or textbook has been published on the topic Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCM), so this new book is definitely filling a gap in the literature of computational intelligence. The book is built up didactically, the novel results in the field being presented in the way of starting with two real-life case studies, one in the area of waste management, while the other one in modelling bank management systems. In both cases, the book starts with explaining the applied problem and then presenting how the model construction is done and what problems emerge when attempts are made for applying directly earlier results on FCM modelling. In the first case study, the problem of the oversimplification leads to inadequacy of the model, and then it is shown how new,much finer models can be built up based on expert domain knowledge. Then, the new problem of losing transparency and interpretability emerges, and as a solution, a new algorithm family is proposed that reduces FCMs to fewer components, while preserving the essential characteristics of the original model.The second case study raises the problems of stability and sensitivity of FCMs, especially, considering that expert knowledge is often uncertain and subjective.
