Ce projet se base sur la quatrième révolution industrielle ou révolution 4.0 pour créer un modèle d'application numérique dans le but de mettre en relation des utilisateurs qui collaborent entre eux et peuvent adopter ou donner des chiens à adopter ; en plus d'enseigner aux utilisateurs différents conseils pour le soin de leurs animaux de compagnie, cherchant à générer un lien maître-animal qui contribue à l'éradication de la violence à l'égard de ces êtres. Dans le cadre d'un projet pilote, une étude exhaustive du contexte actuel lié au problème en question et de la faisabilité du développement de l'application dans la ville de Quito a été réalisée. Toutefois, ce projet peut être mis en ¿uvre dans n'importe quelle ville du monde.

Autoridades e movimentos têm levado a cabo campanhas para tentar travar este problema através de esterilizações e feiras de adoção de animais. Aproveitando as vantagens que a globalização nos oferece hoje em dia e com base em casos de sucesso como a Uber, Airbnb, Olx, entre outros, foi realizado este projeto. Este projeto baseia-se na quarta revolução industrial ou revolução 4.0 para criar um modelo de aplicação digital com o objetivo de conectar utilizadores que colaboram entre si e podem adotar ou dar cães para adoção; além de ensinar aos utilizadores diferentes dicas para o cuidado dos seus animais de estimação, procurando gerar um vínculo mestre-animal que contribua para a erradicação da violência contra estes seres. Como plano piloto, foi realizada uma investigação exaustiva do contexto atual em relação ao tema em questão e da viabilidade de desenvolver a aplicação na cidade de Quito. No entanto, este projeto tem potencial para ser implementado em qualquer cidade do mundo.

Après douze séries d'exercices pratiques présentés dans les manuscrits précédents, je me suis inspiré de mon expérience universitaire et de recherche dans le domaine des TIC pour produire ce manuscrit. Il s'agit d'une série de 35 exercices pratiques sur les logiciels, rédigés de manière cohérente et directement liés à l'amélioration de la société, dans un style similaire à celui des manuscrits précédents. Ces exercices s'appliquent mieux aux niveaux débutants des cours universitaires. Bien entendu, leur applicabilité à des cours de niveau avancé peut être appréciée par de nombreux académiciens, à leur discrétion. Il est rappelé ici que les académiciens peuvent tout à fait adapter ces exercices à leurs besoins. Il est recommandé aux étudiants de concevoir de bonnes fiches de synthèse pour chaque exercice, ainsi que de rédiger un rapport approprié et d'indiquer les références nécessaires. Pour chaque exercice, une part d'analyse est nécessaire pour développer la réflexion et les capacités critiques/professionnelles. La plupart des exercices sont conçus pour les ordinateurs/ordinateurs portables ainsi que pour les smartphones/tablettes actuellement en vogue. Les étudiants doivent communiquer correctement avec leur coach, à qui il est recommandé d'effectuer un suivi judicieux.

La información que se utilizó fue archivos de años anteriores obtenido por la Supervisora del centro de gestión de monitoreo y coordinación con los colegas operadores del área Con el uso de las herramientas se logró estandarizar los cuadros de controles de lasdiferentes actividades, entre ellas el control de Alerta por exceso de velocidad Generaly Diferencial. Finalmente, se logró visualizar y controlar el registro de información de gestión para la toma de decisiones.
