O ADSM contém três subsistemas: Administração, Gestor Partilhado e Chat. A comunicação nestas partes baseia-se na técnica de filtragem dinâmica de pacotes, ou seja, o sistema analisa cada pedido de acesso à rede; os pedidos são então comparados com um conjunto de parâmetros já definidos pelo administrador da rede para identificar, autenticar e autorizar cada utilizador na rede.

L'objectif principal de ce travail est de concevoir et de mettre en ¿uvre un prototype de système de réseau de capteurs sans fil pour la surveillance ambulatoire des activités physiques et de l'état de santé du corps humain. Le système proposé est intitulé "Système de surveillance en ligne des patients via un réseau de capteurs sans fil" (OPMS-WSN). En raison de l'utilisation de nouvelles technologies émergentes pour développer des systèmes de surveillance des patients souffrant de différents types de maladies, le système de surveillance en ligne devient un système utile et puissant qui peut être utilisé pour la surveillance en ligne des patients. En outre, ce système peut être utilisé à tout moment et en tout lieu, sans contrainte de temps. Le système OPMS-WSN offre les avantages de la mobilité pour les patients, les soignants et les médecins (c'est-à-dire qu'il n'est pas limité à un endroit spécifique). En d'autres termes, l'utilisation de ce système n'impose généralement pas à ses utilisateurs de rester longtemps à l'hôpital. Le système OPMS-WSN réduit le gaspillage des ressources (par exemple, il n'est pas nécessaire de disposer d'un personnel de santé permanent dédié, ni de lits dédiés, et il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires pour rester à l'hôpital).
