Diese Studie stellt einen innovativen Ansatz vor, der sich auf die organisatorische und informationstechnische Integration für die Einführung eines MES-Systems in einem industriellen Umfeld konzentriert. Sie führt eine gründliche Analyse des bestehenden Informationssystems durch und entwickelt ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis seiner Komponenten, ihrer Interaktionen und der identifizierten Lücken. Darüber hinaus schlägt sie eine umfassende Methodik vor, die die Hauptkomponenten des Implementierungsprozesses eines MES von der Entwurfs- bis zur Betriebsphase streng einrahmt. Neben dieser theoretischen Grundlage enthält die Studie auch eine praktische Dimension durch eine Fallstudie, die in einer Mühle durchgeführt wurde. Ziel ist es, konkrete Informationen über die Einführung eines MES zu liefern und die Wirksamkeit der vorgeschlagenen Methodik durch diese praktische Validierung zu bestätigen.

En esta tesis describimos las principales aportaciones de nuestras actividades de investigación. Estas actividades se enmarcan en el tema de las arquitecturas de software en un contexto de tiempo real distribuido embebido (TR2E). Se describen cuatro contribuciones principales: reconfiguración dinámica, tolerancia a fallos, optimización multiobjetivo y verificación formal de sistemas TR2E. Todas estas contribuciones se basan en lenguajes de descripción de arquitecturas (ADL) como pilar principal de modelado, debido a la potentísima capacidad de expresión de los ADL, que permite describir la arquitectura global de un sistema antes de utilizar técnicas de transformación de modelos y generación de código para llevar a cabo las distintas acciones relacionadas con cada una de las contribuciones. Utilizamos ampliamente estas técnicas para maximizar la automatización y reducir la cantidad de código escrito a mano por el desarrollador.

Este documento es una recopilación de notas de clase del módulo "Ingeniería de Software Distribuido" impartido a los estudiantes del curso de Ingeniería Informática de la ENIS (Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Sfax, Túnez). Presentamos los principales conceptos del estándar OMG CORBA. En la primera parte se presentan los apuntes propiamente dichos del curso. Se compone de siete capítulos que abarcan los conceptos esenciales en torno a la tecnología CORBA. En la segunda parte, se ofrece un conjunto de tutoriales. Se trata de cuatro tutoriales de complejidad creciente que aplican los distintos conceptos tratados en la parte teórica.

Darin stellen wir die wichtigsten Konzepte des CORBA-Standards der OMG vor. Im ersten Teil wird die eigentliche Vorlesungsmitschrift gegeben. Sie besteht aus sieben Kapiteln, in denen die wichtigsten Begriffe rund um die CORBA-Technologie behandelt werden. Im zweiten Teil wird eine Reihe von Tutorien gegeben. Es handelt sich um vier Tutorials mit zunehmender Komplexität, die die verschiedenen im Vorlesungsteil behandelten Konzepte anwenden.

In dieser akademischen Habilitationsschrift beschreiben wir die wichtigsten Beiträge unserer Forschungsaktivitäten. Diese Aktivitäten sind Teil des Themas Softwarearchitekturen in einem verteilten eingebetteten Echtzeitkontext (TR2E). Es werden vier Hauptbeiträge beschrieben: dynamische Rekonfiguration, Fehlertoleranz, Optimierung mit mehreren Zielen und schließlich die formale Verifikation von TR2E-Systemen. Alle diese Beiträge basieren auf Architekturbeschreibungssprachen (ADLs) als Hauptpfeiler der Modellierung, und zwar aufgrund ihrer sehr mächtigen Ausdruckskraft, die es ermöglicht, die Gesamtarchitektur eines Systems zu beschreiben, bevor Techniken zur Modelltransformation und Codegenerierung eingesetzt werden, um die verschiedenen Aktionen in Bezug auf jeden der Beiträge durchzuführen. Wir nutzen diese Techniken intensiv, um die Automatisierung zu maximieren und die Menge des vom Entwickler handgeschriebenen Codes zu reduzieren.

The Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is recognized as an information system (IS) application that bridges the gap between higher-level enterprise management (ERP) and lower-level automation and supervision (SCADA). This study presents an innovative approach focused on organizational and informational integration for the implementation of an MES system in an industrial environment. It conducts an in-depth analysis of the existing information system, developing a thorough understanding of its components, their interactions and identified gaps. In addition, it proposes a comprehensive methodology that rigorously frames the main components of the MES implementation process, from the design phase through to the operational phase. In addition to this theoretical basis, the study also integrates a practical dimension through a case study conducted within a flour mill. The aim is to provide concrete information on the implementation of an MES and to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methodology through this practical validation.

This document is a collection of lecture notes from the "Distributed Software Engineering" module taught to students in the Computer Engineering stream at ENIS (Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Sfax, Tunisia). It presents the main concepts of the OMG CORBA standard. In the first part, the actual course notes are given. It consists of seven chapters covering the essential notions surrounding CORBA technology. In the second part, a set of tutorials is given. These consist of four tutorials of increasing complexity, applying the various concepts covered in the lecture section.

In this thesis, we describe the main contributions of our research activities. These activities fall within the theme of software architectures in an embedded distributed real-time context (TR2E). Four main contributions are described: dynamic reconfiguration, fault tolerance, multi-objective optimization and formal verification of TR2E systems. All these contributions are based on architecture description languages (ADLs) as the main modelling pillar. This is due to the very powerful expressive power of ADLs, which enable the global architecture of a system to be described before using model transformation and code generation techniques to carry out the various actions relating to each of the contributions. We make extensive use of these techniques to maximize automation and reduce the amount of code written by hand by the developer.

Nesta tese, descrevemos as principais contribuições das nossas actividades de investigação. Estas actividades fazem parte do tema das arquitecturas de software num contexto de tempo real distribuído incorporado (TR2E). São descritas quatro contribuições principais: reconfiguração dinâmica, tolerância a falhas, otimização multi-objetivo e verificação formal de sistemas TR2E. Todas estas contribuições se baseiam em linguagens de descrição de arquitecturas (ADL) como principal pilar de modelização, devido ao poder de expressão muito poderoso das ADL, que permite descrever a arquitetura global de um sistema antes de utilizar técnicas de transformação de modelos e de geração de código para realizar as várias acções relacionadas com cada uma das contribuições. Utilizamos amplamente estas técnicas para maximizar a automatização e reduzir a quantidade de código escrito à mão pelo programador.

Este documento é uma coleção de notas de aula do módulo "Engenharia de Software Distribuído" leccionado aos alunos do curso de Engenharia Informática da ENIS (Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Sfax, Tunísia). Apresentamos os principais conceitos da norma OMG CORBA. Na primeira parte, são dadas as notas do curso propriamente dito. Conduce un'analisi approfondita del sistema informativo esistente, sviluppando una conoscenza approfondita dei suoi componenti, delle loro interazioni e delle lacune individuate. Propone inoltre una metodologia esaustiva che fornisce un quadro rigoroso per le principali componenti del processo di implementazione del MES, dalla fase di progettazione a quella operativa. Oltre a questa base teorica, lo studio integra anche una dimensione pratica attraverso un caso di studio condotto in un mulino. L'obiettivo è fornire informazioni concrete sull'implementazione di un MES e confermare l'efficacia della metodologia proposta attraverso questa validazione pratica.
