En los mercados de la capital económica de Guinea Ecuatorial, Bata, existe escasez de productos nacionales en los mercados, mientras en los campos de producción existen excedentes. Éstos al optar por la venta directa se encuentran con problema de espacios físicos en los mercados y con un desorden generalizado, lo que dificulta su actividad y el acceso de los consumidores a dichos productos. La falta de un instrumento legal dificulta el desarrollo de la actividad productora-comercial. Por tanto, el objetivo de esta investigación es presentar una propuesta de gestión eficiente de comercialización de productos agropecuarios para mejorar el acceso de los consumidores de Bata. Pues dicha propuesta de solución es la implementación de una cadena de consumo cuyo fundamento es el grado de satisfacción del consumidor y como estrategia, la concepción de una estructura que determine el rol de cada colectivo, donde forman parte el gobierno central y municipal, la coordinación de la actividad de cada uno, el establecimiento de una red de comunicación, de espacios físicos para las ventas directas y la disposición de un instrumento legal que regule todo este proceso hasta el consumidor final.

The world population is increasing while arable land is decreasing at an alarming rate. About one-quarter of arable land is degraded and needs significant restoration before it can sustain crops again. By 2030, the water supply will fall 40% short of meeting global demand. Diese Studie befasst sich mit der praktischen und effizienten Synthese von 2-Phenyl-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-4-on-Derivaten durch eine kupferkatalysierte Tandemreaktion von 2-Jodbenzoesäure mit Arylmethanaminen unter Luft. Im Vergleich zu den in der Literatur beschriebenen Methoden zur Synthese von 2-Phenyl-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-4-on bietet die hier beschriebene Synthesemethode ein breites Spektrum an Substraten, milde Reaktionsbedingungen und verwendet einen kostengünstigen Katalysator. Um die Wechselwirkungen biologischer Moleküle zu verstehen und um asymmetrische katalytische Systeme zu entwickeln, muss der chiralen Erkennung besondere Bedeutung beigemessen werden. Unter den vielen bekannten chiralen Erkennungsmethoden hat die Methode der fluoreszierenden chiralen Erkennung Vorteile. Vor diesem Hintergrund haben wir ausgehend von (S)-BINOL fluoreszierende Sonden mit funktioneller Nebenrille entwickelt und synthetisiert. Die synthetisierten Moleküle eröffnen neue Möglichkeiten auf dem Gebiet der chiralen Erkennung.

Este estudio trata de la síntesis práctica y eficiente de derivados de 2-fenil-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazina-4-ona mediante la reacción en tándem catalizada por cobre del ácido 2-yodobenzoico con arilmetanaminas en aire. En comparación con los métodos de la literatura para la síntesis de 2-fenil-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazina-4-ona, el método sintético descrito en este trabajo tiene un amplio espectro de sustratos, condiciones de reacción suaves y utiliza un catalizador barato. Para comprender las interacciones de las moléculas biológicas y para el diseño de sistemas catalíticos asimétricos debe darse especial importancia al reconocimiento quiral. Entre los muchos métodos de discriminación quiral conocidos, el método que implica la discriminación quiral fluorescente tiene ventajas. Teniendo esto en cuenta, hemos diseñado y sintetizado sondas fluorescentes funcionalizadas con el surco menor (S)-BINOL a partir de (S)-BINOL. Las moléculas sintetizadas introducen nuevas oportunidades en el campo del reconocimiento quiral.
