La teoria dell'identità del lavoro migrante sostiene che esistono quattro processi attraverso i quali si stabiliscono relazioni di dipendenza tra otto dimensioni affrontate dallo stato delle conoscenze e quattro teorie psicosociali del conflitto e del cambiamento. Dal punto di vista storico-sociale, la psicologia della migrazione studia le dimensioni dell'appartenenza, della categorizzazione, della rappresentazione e dell'identità circoscritte ai gruppi di riferimento dei migranti.

La migrazione, intesa come processo di acculturazione, multiculturalismo e interculturalità, implica relazioni asimmetriche tra i gruppi. Questo perché i flussi migratori, secondo l'approccio socio-politico, cercano di ripristinare flussi occupazionali piuttosto che economici. In questo senso, la manodopera si sposta dai Paesi emergenti alle economie sviluppate sulla base di orientamenti socio-politici che legittimano la gestione statale della sicurezza, della migrazione e dell'occupazione.

Poiché la leggenda non sa quanto sia complessa la matematica che hanno praticato, le persone altamente istruite impediscono loro di praticare questa matematica, spinte dall'arroganza.

Le emorroidi sono una malattia che causa molte preoccupazioni e disagi a chi ne soffre. Secondo recenti studi internazionali, le emorroidi o le pustole, come vengono chiamate con entrambi i termini, ne soffre circa la metà della popolazione adulta mondiale. Cette étude traite de la synthèse pratique et efficace des dérivés de 2-phényl-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazine-4-one par la réaction en tandem catalysée par le cuivre de l'acide 2-iodobenzoïque avec des arylméthanamines sous air. Comparée aux méthodes de synthèse du 2-phényl-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazine-4-one décrites dans la littérature, la méthode de synthèse rapportée dans cet article a une large portée de substrat, des conditions de réaction douces et utilise un catalyseur peu coûteux. Afin de comprendre les interactions des molécules biologiques et de concevoir des systèmes catalytiques asymétriques, il convient d'accorder une importance particulière à la reconnaissance chirale. Parmi les nombreuses méthodes de discrimination chirale connues, la méthode impliquant la discrimination chirale fluorescente présente des avantages. C'est pourquoi nous avons conçu et synthétisé des sondes fluorescentes (S)-BINOL fonctionnalisées par le sillon mineur à partir du (S)-BINOL. Les molécules synthétisées ouvrent de nouvelles perspectives dans le domaine de la reconnaissance chirale.

Rispetto ai metodi presenti in letteratura per la sintesi di 2-fenil-4H-benzo[d][1,3]ossazina-4-one, il metodo sintetico riportato in questo lavoro ha un ampio campo di applicazione del substrato, condizioni di reazione blande e utilizza un catalizzatore poco costoso. Per comprendere le interazioni delle molecole biologiche e per progettare sistemi catalitici asimmetrici è necessario dare particolare importanza al riconoscimento chirale. Tra i molti metodi di discriminazione chirale conosciuti, quello che prevede la discriminazione chirale fluorescente presenta dei vantaggi. Per questo motivo abbiamo progettato e sintetizzato sonde fluorescenti funzionalizzate al solco minore (S)-BINOL a partire da (S)-BINOL. Le molecole sintetizzate introducono nuove opportunità nel campo del riconoscimento chirale.

This manuscript on the evaluation of the supply chain management in the civil construction industry for effective project delivery in Lagos state, Nigeria, is intended to identify the challenges of the construction supply chain management and outline construction chain management practices that can help in curbing these challenges. More so, a risk assessment is conducted to ascertain the various construction supply chain risks that are peculiar to the construction industry in Lagos state. A survey questionnaire was distributed to 75 respondents (construction stakeholders) among the five (5) administrative zones in Lagos, Nigeria. 65 questionnaires were successfully received as feedback from the respondents. The data received was compiled and analyzed via a statistical package for social science (SPSS 26). The raw data obtained from the field was analyzed using the Average Mean Score and Relative Importance Index. From analysis, constraints such as inappropriate organizational structure, ignorance of the supply chain and scarcity of support from top management had a bracket mean score of 3.66 and are equally ranked 1.

Celui qui est faible en mathématiques est dit immature ; celui qui peut résoudre tous les problèmes mathématiques ; celui qui peut étudier les mathématiques futures ; celui qui peut deviner les mathématiques et les deviner correctement est un grand mathématicien. Les mathématiques supérieures enseignées dans les études supérieures sont beaucoup plus pratiquées dans la vie quotidienne simple ; la différence est que les études supérieures sont en langage codé, et que le problème est étudié théoriquement de manière abstraite.
