Cet état de travail pour faire face à une forte demande laisse des réponses adaptatives et des pratiques qui affectent négativement la qualité des soins. Cette étude transversale évalue la satisfaction des patients en tant que résultat hospitalier et applique l'approche de l'analyse des processus pour atteindre l'objectif de la recherche et tenter d'améliorer la qualité dans les hôpitaux palestiniens.
