Il modello colturale è dominato principalmente dalle colture di cotone e soia. La maggior parte di queste colture è incerta per quanto riguarda la produttività in condizioni di piovosità. Tutte queste famiglie sono risultate indebitate. Il sistema produttivo era così debole e incerto. Per questo motivo, è necessario avere un'estensione distinta e sostenibile.

ABSTRATTOLo studio ha analizzato la gestione degli abusi sui minori e il rendimento scolastico degli studenti nelle scuole secondarie pubbliche dello Stato di Akwa Ibom. Sono state formulate tre domande di ricerca e tre ipotesi nulle per guidare lo studio. Il disegno dello studio è stato un'indagine ex-post facto. La popolazione comprendeva 2838 studenti delle scuole secondarie pubbliche dello Stato di AkwaIbom. Per raccogliere i dati è stato utilizzato uno strumento sviluppato dal ricercatore, il "Management of Child Abuse Questionnaire" (MCAQ), validato da esperti. Il coefficiente di affidabilità dello strumento è stato determinato utilizzando l'Alpha di Cronbach, ottenendo un indice di affidabilità pari a 0,83. Per rispondere alle domande di ricerca sono state utilizzate la media e la deviazione standard, mentre per testare le ipotesi è stato utilizzato il test t indipendente a un livello di alfa di .05. I risultati dello studio rivelano che vi è un'ampia gamma di fattori di rischio. Cet espace contextuel a été le scénario à partir duquel la présente étude a vu le jour dans le Venezuela contemporain. Il s'agit d'une étude descriptive, basée sur le terrain, dans laquelle l'enquête a été utilisée comme technique de collecte de données et un questionnaire conçu selon une échelle de type Likert a été utilisé comme instrument. Son application à la population de soixante-seize gestionnaires a conduit à la conclusion que les gestionnaires doivent renforcer leurs propres compétences en matière de leadership transformationnel et, par conséquent, leurs compétences professionnelles afin de développer une gestion de la qualité avec une vision large et participative.
