Obtaining acceleration data for the Northeast of Brazil was not possible until recently. With the installation of RSISNE (Petrobras/UFRN/FUNPEC), this panorama has changed. It is now possible to acquire accelerometry data for the entire region. This work made use of these types of seismological records in order to obtain an equation that models how acceleration decays with distance, both in the vertical and horizontal components for the southern part of the Borborema Province. Secondly, it is also part of the objectives to establish relationships between acceleration and magnitude for the region. It was possible to establish an attenuation equation for the state of Pernambuco. While, for the state of Alagoas, it was possible to obtain a relationship between magnitude and acceleration for two new epicentral areas in the region.

It is essential for public administration to be able to effectively guarantee popular participation and social control in public activities in Brazil. Through participation in public management, citizens can intervene in administrative decision-making, guiding the Administration to adopt measures that really serve the public interest and, at the same time, exercise control over the actions of the State, demanding that public managers account for their actions. In this context, the Ombudsman's Office represents a channel for serving citizens, a kind of invitation for society to participate in the administrative life of public entities, offering criticism or praise, through which the Public Administration can build a feedback system to improve the course of its actions.

The new configuration of the role of hospitals, from the perspective of building health care networks, has implications for the work of nurses in managerial positions in terms of their administrative, care and teaching actions/decisions. With this in mind, the aim of this study was to identify the aspects that facilitate and hinder the work of nurses in managerial positions in a public emergency hospital in the interior of São Paulo. To this end, a descriptive study was carried out with a quantitative approach to qualitative data, using the Critical Incident Technique to survey perceptions and attitudes towards the object of investigation. The study was carried out in a public, tertiary-level teaching hospital in the northeast of the state of São Paulo.

Il est désormais possible d'acquérir des données d'accélérométrie pour l'ensemble de la région. Ce travail a utilisé ce type d'enregistrements sismologiques afin d'obtenir une équation qui modélise la façon dont l'accélération décroît avec la distance, à la fois dans les composantes verticales et horizontales pour la partie sud de la province de Borborema. Deuxièmement, les objectifs comprenaient également l'établissement de relations entre l'accélération et la magnitude pour la région. Il a été possible d'établir une équation d'atténuation pour l'État de Pernambouc. Pour l'État d'Alagoas, il a été possible d'obtenir une relation entre la magnitude et l'accélération pour deux nouvelles zones d'épicentre dans la région.

Ce travail se situe dans le domaine de la composition assistée par ordinateur (CAC). Plus précisément, dans la génération de matériel pré-compositionnel au niveau symbolique. Notre utilisation et appropriation de cette ressource technologique a cependant été influencée par la philosophie de Vilém Flusser, en particulier son ouvrage Black Box Philosophy. Les objectifs de cette recherche étaient à la fois de contribuer (via Flusser) au débat sur l'environnement compositionnel actuel, et d'utiliser la ressource informatique qui est notamment caractéristique de cet environnement pour résoudre un problème d'organisation des hauteurs et d'ordonnancement des événements musicaux. Le traitement accordé à l'espace des hauteurs dans la musique post-tonale favorise, par sa généralité et son abstraction, des approches plus analytiques que pratiques. Ainsi, nous avons introduit le concept de Table des Différences d'Intervalles, TDI, comme un instantané des relations d'intervalles dans une séquence temporelle qui incorpore à la fois les intervalles entre les événements successifs et les intervalles entre les événements non adjacents, reprenant en quelque sorte une proposition d'Ernest Ansermet (1987).

This work is situated in the area of Computer-Assisted Composition, CAC. More specifically, in the generation of pre-compositional material at a symbolic level. Our use and appropriation of this technological resource was, however, influenced by the philosophy of Vilém Flusser, especially his work Black Box Philosophy. The aims of this research were both to contribute (via Flusser) to the debate on the current compositional environment, and to use the computational resource that is notably characteristic of this environment to solve a problem of organizing pitches and ordering musical events. The treatment given to pitch space in post-tonal music favors, in its generality and abstraction, more analytical than practical approaches. In this way, we introduced the concept of the Table of Interval Differences, TDI, as a photograph of the interval relationships in a temporal sequence that incorporates both intervals between successive events and intervals between non-adjacent events, in a way taking up a proposal by Ernest Ansermet (1987).

L'éveil de la société civile et la participation active des citoyens au processus de développement social sont des phénomènes remarquables de notre histoire actuelle, qui ont contribué à consolider les pratiques et les processus démocratiques, où les citoyens commencent à agir, à contrôler et à prendre des initiatives par le biais des canaux qui leur sont ouverts dans la sphère publique. Il est essentiel que l'administration publique soit en mesure de garantir efficacement la participation populaire et le contrôle social des activités publiques au Brésil. En participant à la gestion publique, les citoyens peuvent intervenir dans la prise de décision administrative, en guidant l'administration pour qu'elle adopte des mesures qui servent réellement l'intérêt public et, en même temps, exercer un contrôle sur les actions de l'État, en exigeant que les gestionnaires publics rendent compte de leurs actions. Dans ce contexte, le bureau du médiateur représente un canal au service des citoyens, une sorte d'invitation pour la société à participer à la vie administrative des organisations publiques, en émettant des critiques ou des louanges, grâce auxquelles l'administration publique peut mettre en place un système de retour d'information afin d'améliorer le cours de ses actions.

This paper presents the results of the preparation, characterization and application of DNA and DNA-PEDOT:PSS membranes as hole transport material (HTM) in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC). UV-Vis analysis of the samples revealed 80% transparency at 600 nm for the isolated DNA and decreasing to 62% at 550 nm for the 2% PEDOT:PSS DNA. FTIR analysis of the samples revealed the characteristic peaks of both DNA and PEDOT:PSS, confirming the incorporation of the latter into the membranes. The results of the DSC thermal analysis showed the presence of Tg at -67oC and its disappearance with the addition of PEDOT:PSS to the HTM formulation. The TGA analyses showed that the stability of the samples increased with the addition of PEDOT:PSS, reaching 200 oC. All the samples showed 19% residue at 900 oC.

La nouvelle configuration du rôle des hôpitaux, dans la perspective de la construction de réseaux de soins, a des implications sur le travail des infirmières cadres en termes d'actions/décisions administratives, de soins et d'enseignement. Dans cette optique, l'objectif de cette étude était d'identifier les aspects qui facilitent et entravent le travail des infirmières occupant des postes de direction dans un hôpital public d'urgence de l'intérieur de São Paulo. À cette fin, une étude descriptive a été réalisée avec une approche quantitative des données qualitatives, en utilisant la technique de l'incident critique pour étudier les perceptions et les attitudes à l'égard de l'objet de l'enquête. L'étude a été réalisée dans un hôpital universitaire public de niveau tertiaire situé dans le nord-est de l'État de São Paulo.

Cet article présente les résultats de la préparation, de la caractérisation et de l'application de membranes à base d'ADN et d'ADN-PEDOT:PSS comme matériau de transport des trous (HTM) dans les cellules solaires à colorant (DSSC). Les analyses UV-Vis des échantillons ont révélé une transparence de 80 % à 600 nm pour l'ADN isolé et une diminution de 62 % à 550 nm pour l'ADN-2 % PEDOT:PSS. Les analyses FTIR des échantillons ont révélé les pics caractéristiques de l'ADN et du PEDOT:PSS, confirmant l'incorporation de ce dernier dans les membranes. Les résultats des analyses thermiques DSC ont montré la présence d'un Tg à -67oC et sa disparition avec l'ajout de PEDOT:PSS à la formulation HTM. Les analyses TGA ont montré que la stabilité des échantillons augmentait avec l'ajout de PEDOT:PSS, atteignant 200 oC. Tous les échantillons présentaient un résidu de 19 % à 900 oC.

Entrepreneurial innovation management in university organisations has a very strong tendency towards continuous improvement in processes, products, services and management. It is also very important for teaching, research and extension, with entrepreneurial and innovative initiatives aimed at the needs of the community and society in general. The aim of this research was to identify, by means of an integrative systematic review, the contribution of entrepreneurial innovation management to university management. For this research, a bibliographical survey was carried out focusing on an integrative systematic review that presented a large number of articles on entrepreneurship in management. A bibliographical review was also carried out in order to strengthen the research. In general, based on the articles investigated, the importance of university management focused on processes, products and management in an entrepreneurial and innovative way was noted, these aspects being the competitive differential for organisational growth and development.

La obtención de datos de aceleración para el nordeste de Brasil no era posible hasta hace poco. Con la instalación de RSISNE (Petrobras/UFRN/FUNPEC), este panorama ha cambiado. Ahora es posible adquirir datos de acelerometría para toda la región. Este trabajo utilizó este tipo de registros sismológicos para obtener una ecuación que modelizara cómo decae la aceleración con la distancia, tanto en la componente vertical como en la horizontal, para la parte sur de la provincia de Borborema. En segundo lugar, los objetivos también incluían el establecimiento de relaciones entre la aceleración y la magnitud para la región. Fue posible establecer una ecuación de atenuación para el estado de Pernambuco. Mientras que, para el estado de Alagoas, fue posible obtener una relación entre magnitud y aceleración para dos nuevas zonas de epicentro en la región.

Los análisis UV-Vis de las muestras revelaron una transparencia del 80% a 600 nm para el ADN aislado y una disminución al 62% a 550 nm para el ADN-2% PEDOT:PSS. Los análisis FTIR de las muestras revelaron los picos característicos tanto del ADN como del PEDOT:PSS, confirmando la incorporación de este último a las membranas. Los resultados de los análisis térmicos DSC mostraron la presencia de Tg a -67oC y su desaparición con la adición de PEDOT:PSS a la formulación HTM. Los análisis TGA mostraron que la estabilidad de las muestras aumentaba con la adición de PEDOT:PSS, alcanzando los 200 oC. Todas las muestras mostraron un 19% de residuos a 900 oC.

El despertar de la sociedad civil y la participación activa de los ciudadanos en el proceso de desarrollo social son fenómenos notables en nuestra historia actual, que han ayudado a solidificar las prácticas y los procesos democráticos, donde los ciudadanos comienzan a actuar, controlar y tomar iniciativas a través de canales que están abiertos a ellos en la esfera pública. Es esencial que la administración pública sea capaz de garantizar efectivamente la participación popular y el control social en las actividades públicas en Brasil. A través de la participación en la gestión pública, los ciudadanos pueden intervenir en la toma de decisiones administrativas, orientando a la administración para que adopte medidas que realmente sirvan al interés público y, al mismo tiempo, ejercer control sobre las acciones del Estado, exigiendo que los gestores públicos rindan cuentas de sus actos. En este contexto, la Defensoría del Pueblo representa un canal de atención a los ciudadanos, una especie de invitación a la sociedad a participar en la vida administrativa de las organizaciones públicas, ofreciendo críticas o elogios, a través de los cuales la Administración Pública puede construir un sistema de retroalimentación para mejorar el curso de sus acciones.

Este trabajo se sitúa en el ámbito de la composición asistida por ordenador, CAC. Más concretamente, en la generación de material precompositivo a nivel simbólico. Sin embargo, nuestro uso y apropiación de este recurso tecnológico estuvo influenciado por la filosofía de Vilém Flusser, especialmente por su obra Black Box Philosophy. Los objetivos de esta investigación eran tanto contribuir (a través de Flusser) al debate sobre el entorno compositivo actual, como utilizar el recurso computacional característico de este entorno para resolver un problema de organización de los tonos y de ordenación de los acontecimientos musicales. El tratamiento dado al espacio tonal en la música post-tonal favorece, por su generalidad y abstracción, enfoques más analíticos que prácticos. De esta forma, introducimos el concepto de Tabla de Diferencias de Intervalos, TDI, como una instantánea de las relaciones interválicas en una secuencia temporal que incorpora tanto intervalos entre eventos sucesivos como intervalos entre eventos no adyacentes, retomando así una propuesta de Ernest Ansermet (1987).

L'étude des relations que les individus entretiennent entre eux a toujours été au centre des préoccupations des domaines de connaissance les plus divers. En raison de la pluralité et de la multiplicité des approches adoptées comme références légitimes pour la production de connaissances sur les processus de groupe, cette étude est une revue théorique centrée sur un modèle spécifique appelé : les groupes opérationnels. Tout groupe opérationnel présuppose l'apprentissage et l'apprentissage, du point de vue des groupes opérationnels, est synonyme de changement. On peut donc conclure que l'étude d'un modèle de travail en groupe centré sur les principes du changement est particulièrement appropriée face aux défis et aux exigences des nombreux groupes auxquels nous appartenons aujourd'hui.

La nueva configuración del papel de los hospitales, desde la perspectiva de la construcción de redes asistenciales, tiene implicaciones en el trabajo de las enfermeras en puestos directivos en cuanto a sus actuaciones/decisiones administrativas, asistenciales y docentes. Teniendo esto en cuenta, el objetivo de este estudio fue identificar los aspectos que facilitan y dificultan el trabajo de las enfermeras en cargos directivos en un hospital público de urgencias del interior de São Paulo. Para ello, se realizó un estudio descriptivo con abordaje cuantitativo de datos cualitativos, utilizando la Técnica del Incidente Crítico para relevar percepciones y actitudes frente al objeto de investigación. El estudio se llevó a cabo en un hospital público de enseñanza terciaria situado en el nordeste del estado de São Paulo.

La gestión de la innovación empresarial en las organizaciones universitarias tiene una tendencia muy fuerte hacia la mejora continua de los procesos, productos, servicios y gestión. También es muy importante para la docencia, la investigación y la extensión, con iniciativas emprendedoras e innovadoras orientadas a las necesidades de la comunidad y de la sociedad en general. El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar, mediante una revisión sistemática integradora, la contribución de la gestión de la innovación empresarial a la gestión universitaria. Para esta investigación, se realizó un estudio bibliográfico centrado en una revisión sistemática integradora que presentó un gran número de artículos sobre el espíritu empresarial en la gestión. También se realizó una revisión bibliográfica para reforzar la investigación. En general, con base en los artículos investigados, se observó la importancia de la gestión universitaria enfocada en procesos, productos y gestión de forma emprendedora e innovadora, siendo estos aspectos el diferencial competitivo para el crecimiento y desarrollo organizacional.

El estudio de las relaciones que los individuos mantienen entre sí ha estado siempre en el centro de las preocupaciones de las más diversas áreas del conocimiento. Debido a la pluralidad y multiplicidad de enfoques adoptados como referencias legítimas para la producción de conocimiento sobre los procesos grupales, este estudio es una revisión teórica centrada en un modelo específico denominado: Grupos Operativos. Todo grupo operativo presupone aprendizaje y aprendizaje, desde la perspectiva de los grupos operativos, es sinónimo de cambio.
