Les tests sérologiques pour le VIH et le VHC sont basés sur la détection d'anticorps présents dans le sang du donneur. C'est ce que l'on appelle la fenêtre immunologique, période pendant laquelle, même infecté, la sérologie de l'individu est négative. L'objectif était de réaliser une étude comparative avec une analyse critique des méthodologies de dépistage du VIH et du VHC chez les donneurs du Centre d'hématologie et d'hémothérapie de l'État de Piauí - HEMOPI. La comparaison entre les méthodologies a montré que, bien que la concordance entre les tests VIH soit de 99,7 % et celle entre les tests VHC de 99,8 %, les deux méthodologies sont complémentaires, puisque les coefficients Kappa sont respectivement de 0,25 (moyen) et de 0,50 (modéré). De cette façon, on peut déduire que, comme il n'existe pas encore sur le marché mondial de tests sérologiques avec une sensibilité et une spécificité de 100 %, une alternative proposée pour garantir la sécurité transfusionnelle est l'association de méthodologies complémentaires, comme le suggère actuellement le ministère de la Santé, par le biais de la surveillance de la santé.

El presente trabajo analiza y expone las deficiencias existentes en el Plan Territorial de Desarrollo Integral para Vivir Bien del Departamento de Cochabamba 2021-2022, de las áreas de salud y medio ambiente. Es así, que se presenta una descripción, luego recomendaciones para finalmente, establecer mecanismos participativos de inclusión al Plan Territorial de Desarrollo Integral para Vivir Bien del Departamento de Cochabamba 2021- 2025, presentando pautas para la atención y solución del problema, considerando al desarrollo endógeno sustentable, capaz de transformar la sociedad en base a la reconquista de tradiciones y saberes culturales propios; toda vez, que no existe mención y menos una planificación territorial, de uso del suelo y menos de desarrollo, que permita garantizar el cumplimiento de lo tan hermoso que se menciona: Desarrollo integral en armonía con la Madre Tierra para eliminar la pobreza.

La comparación entre las metodologías mostró que aunque la concordancia entre las pruebas de VIH fue de 99,7% y la de las pruebas de VHC fue de 99,8%, las dos metodologías son complementarias, ya que los coeficientes Kappa fueron de 0,25 (regular) y 0,50 (moderado) respectivamente. De esta forma, se puede inferir que, como aún no existen pruebas serológicas en el mercado mundial con sensibilidad y especificidad del 100%, una alternativa propuesta para garantizar la seguridad transfusional es la asociación entre metodologías complementarias, como actualmente sugiere el Ministerio de Salud, a través de la Vigilancia Sanitaria.

L'obiettivo era quello di realizzare uno studio comparativo con un'analisi critica delle metodologie di screening per il test dell'HIV e dell'HCV nei donatori del Centro di Ematologia ed Emoterapia dello Stato di Piauí - HEMOPI. Il confronto tra le metodologie ha dimostrato che, sebbene l'accordo tra i test per l'HIV sia stato del 99,7% e quello tra i test per l'HCV del 99,8%, le due metodologie sono complementari, poiché i coefficienti Kappa sono stati rispettivamente di 0,25 (discreto) e 0,50 (moderato). In questo modo, si può dedurre che, non esistendo ancora sul mercato mondiale test sierologici con sensibilità e specificità del 100%, un'alternativa proposta per garantire la sicurezza trasfusionale è l'associazione tra metodologie complementari, come attualmente suggerito dal Ministero della Salute, attraverso la Sorveglianza Sanitaria.

Cet ouvrage vise à apporter une contribution tant sur le plan théorique que sur le plan pratique. Sur un plan théorique, la contribution concerne la compréhension de l¿évolution des méthodes de calcul des coûts, de tarification et de financement hospitalier. Sur le plan pratique, à travers une recherche-action nous avons appliqué une démarche pour calculer les coûts des actes médicaux réalisés en oncologie médicale. Ce corpus en littérature riche et diversifié à faciliter par la suite l¿application d¿une démarche de calcul des couts. L'objectif est de contribuer dans la définition d¿une politique de tarification appropriée de l¿acte de chimiothérapie en oncologie médicale des CHU(Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire) marocains et dans le processus de budgétisation de la prise en charge des patients en oncologie médicale du CHU HII de Fès. Elle vise également à enrichir les études de coûts réalisées dans les pays à revenu faible à moyen, et ce en l¿absence d¿une comptabilité analytique hospitalière.

Obtaining acceleration data for the Northeast of Brazil was not possible until recently. With the installation of RSISNE (Petrobras/UFRN/FUNPEC), this panorama has changed. It is now possible to acquire accelerometry data for the entire region. This work made use of these types of seismological records in order to obtain an equation that models how acceleration decays with distance, both in the vertical and horizontal components for the southern part of the Borborema Province. Secondly, it is also part of the objectives to establish relationships between acceleration and magnitude for the region. It was possible to establish an attenuation equation for the state of Pernambuco. While, for the state of Alagoas, it was possible to obtain a relationship between magnitude and acceleration for two new epicentral areas in the region.

In this context, the Ombudsman's Office represents a channel for serving citizens, a kind of invitation for society to participate in the administrative life of public entities, offering criticism or praise, through which the Public Administration can build a feedback system to improve the course of its actions.

The new configuration of the role of hospitals, from the perspective of building health care networks, has implications for the work of nurses in managerial positions in terms of their administrative, care and teaching actions/decisions. With this in mind, the aim of this study was to identify the aspects that facilitate and hinder the work of nurses in managerial positions in a public emergency hospital in the interior of São Paulo. To this end, a descriptive study was carried out with a quantitative approach to qualitative data, using the Critical Incident Technique to survey perceptions and attitudes towards the object of investigation. The study was carried out in a public, tertiary-level teaching hospital in the northeast of the state of São Paulo.

Jusqu'à récemment, il n'était pas possible d'obtenir des données d'accélération pour le nord-est du Brésil. Avec l'installation de RSISNE (Petrobras/UFRN/FUNPEC), ce panorama a changé. Il est désormais possible d'acquérir des données d'accélérométrie pour l'ensemble de la région. Ce travail a utilisé ce type d'enregistrements sismologiques afin d'obtenir une équation qui modélise la façon dont l'accélération décroît avec la distance, à la fois dans les composantes verticales et horizontales pour la partie sud de la province de Borborema. Deuxièmement, les objectifs comprenaient également l'établissement de relations entre l'accélération et la magnitude pour la région. Il a été possible d'établir une équation d'atténuation pour l'État de Pernambouc. Pour l'État d'Alagoas, il a été possible d'obtenir une relation entre la magnitude et l'accélération pour deux nouvelles zones d'épicentre dans la région.

Ce travail se situe dans le domaine de la composition assistée par ordinateur (CAC). Plus précisément, dans la génération de matériel pré-compositionnel au niveau symbolique. Notre utilisation et appropriation de cette ressource technologique a cependant été influencée par la philosophie de Vilém Flusser, en particulier son ouvrage Black Box Philosophy. Les objectifs de cette recherche étaient à la fois de contribuer (via Flusser) au débat sur l'environnement compositionnel actuel, et d'utiliser la ressource informatique qui est notamment caractéristique de cet environnement pour résoudre un problème d'organisation des hauteurs et d'ordonnancement des événements musicaux. Le traitement accordé à l'espace des hauteurs dans la musique post-tonale favorise, par sa généralité et son abstraction, des approches plus analytiques que pratiques. Ainsi, nous avons introduit le concept de Table des Différences d'Intervalles, TDI, comme un instantané des relations d'intervalles dans une séquence temporelle qui incorpore à la fois les intervalles entre les événements successifs et les intervalles entre les événements non adjacents, reprenant en quelque sorte une proposition d'Ernest Ansermet (1987).

This work is situated in the area of Computer-Assisted Composition, CAC. More specifically, in the generation of pre-compositional material at a symbolic level. Our use and appropriation of this technological resource was, however, influenced by the philosophy of Vilém Flusser, especially his work Black Box Philosophy. The aims of this research were both to contribute (via Flusser) to the debate on the current compositional environment, and to use the computational resource that is notably characteristic of this environment to solve a problem of organizing pitches and ordering musical events. The treatment given to pitch space in post-tonal music favors, in its generality and abstraction, more analytical than practical approaches. In this way, we introduced the concept of the Table of Interval Differences, TDI, as a photograph of the interval relationships in a temporal sequence that incorporates both intervals between successive events and intervals between non-adjacent events, in a way taking up a proposal by Ernest Ansermet (1987).

This paper presents the results of the preparation, characterization and application of DNA and DNA-PEDOT:PSS membranes as hole transport material (HTM) in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC). UV-Vis analysis of the samples revealed 80% transparency at 600 nm for the isolated DNA and decreasing to 62% at 550 nm for the 2% PEDOT:PSS DNA. FTIR analysis of the samples revealed the characteristic peaks of both DNA and PEDOT:PSS, confirming the incorporation of the latter into the membranes. The results of the DSC thermal analysis showed the presence of Tg at -67oC and its disappearance with the addition of PEDOT:PSS to the HTM formulation. The TGA analyses showed that the stability of the samples increased with the addition of PEDOT:PSS, reaching 200 oC. All the samples showed 19% residue at 900 oC.
