The use of foresight and the analysis of future scenarios are two very interesting and useful alternatives, which will be used as a technique and application model for the determination of possible future scenarios and how each of them will be faced, providing resources and establishing strategies to achieve stability in Ecuador.The future is not only the prolongation of the past and the projection of the present, but it is also presented as multiple and indeterminate for the possible scenarios that may occur in the future.Under these precepts, a study has been structured to determine the main factors that directly influence the creation of an alternative future for the country, based on the technique of "Construction of possible scenarios" that may occur in the future, with the premise of delivering a result close to the real one oriented to a similar or different ideology, determining the main actors and objectives.

Stress and burnout are issues at the heart of the nursing profession. Our aim in this dissertation was to show how the management of psychosocial risks in the workplace promotes the organizational involvement of nursing staff. To achieve this, we started from an interpretive paradox, using only the inductive qualitative method. We used an interview guide to gather information. This enabled us to arrive at the following results: psychosocial risk factors are present in public hospitals, and there is no effective prevention policy in place. As a result, we were able to formulate the main recommendations: management should focus on the ongoing training of nursing staff and the effective establishment of an occupational physician.

O presente trabalho constitui um estudo exaustivo e atualizado sobre os camarões peneídeos mais amplamente distribuídos nas águas da Índia. A família Penaeidae compreende 20 géneros e 79 espécies das águas indianas e, durante o presente estudo, verificou-se que apenas 24 espécies se encontram mais amplamente distribuídas ao longo da linha costeira indiana. Estas 24 espécies pertencem a 9 géneros da família Penaeidae. Os géneros Penaeus, Metapenaeus e Metapenaeopsis incluem as espécies mais importantes do ponto de vista comercial entre os camarões peneídeos encontrados nas águas da Índia. No presente livro, todos os géneros e espécies são diagnosticados e é fornecida uma chave adequada para a identificação de cada género e espécie da família Penaeoidae. Por último, foi fornecida uma lista completa de referências para cada citação no texto.

Im Rahmen der Recherchen wurde erkannt, dass sich der Erzeugerpreis auf die Materialknappheit auswirkt und dementsprechend die Entwicklung der Industrieproduktion in Deutschland beeinträchtigen kann.Neben dem ifo Knappheitsindikator für das Verarbeitende Gewerbe zeigt sich ein enger Zusammenhang mit der Knappheit von Rohstoffen und Vormaterialien im Produktionsprozess. Die Phasen verstärkter Materialknappheit gehen in der Regel mit einem zyklischen Anstieg sowohl der Erzeuger- als auch der Einfuhrpreise für Vorleistungsgüter einher. Diese Dynamik entlang der Lieferketten kann zu Materialknappheit führen, bei der es für die Industrie schwierig wird, eine gute Auftragslage in Produktion umzusetzen. Durch die pandemiebedingten Einschränkungen waren vor allem die internationalen Lieferketten beeinträchtigt. Bei einigen Produkten nahm der Aufbau oder Wiederaufbau von Produktionskapazitäten viele Monate in Anspruch und die vorhandenen Produktionskapazitäten wurden wiederholt durch pandemiebedingte Produktionsstopps in einzelnen Regionen gestört. Die plötzliche und teilweise unerwartete Nachfrage nach der ersten Pandemiephase konnte durch die Industrie nicht voll bedient werden. Es konnte beobachtet werden, dass sich der Materialmangel in der Phase der Materialknappheit verschärft hatte. Materialmangel ist in der Industrie ein wiederkehrendes Phänomen. Allerdings konnte keine zutreffende Forschungsarbeit gefunden werden, die den Mangel in Verbindung mit dem Erzeugerpreis erforscht.

Il existe plusieurs options technologiques pour réduire les émissions de GES : la réduction de la consommation d'énergie, l'utilisation efficace de l'énergie (à la fois dans l'utilisation et la conversion de l'énergie), l'utilisation de combustibles à faible teneur en carbone (comme le gaz naturel par rapport au charbon), la promotion des puits naturels de CO2 (comme les forêts, les sols ou les océans), l'utilisation de sources d'énergie à faibles niveaux d'émission de CO2 (comme l'énergie renouvelable ou nucléaire) et le piégeage et le stockage géologique du CO2 (CSC). Selon le rapport du Groupe d'experts intergouvernemental sur l'évolution du climat (GIEC) des Nations unies, le piégeage et le stockage du CO2 contribueraient à hauteur de 15 à 55 % à l'effort global cumulé d'atténuation jusqu'en 2100, se présentant ainsi comme une technologie de transition qui contribuera à l'atténuation du changement climatique.

There are several technological options to reduce GHG emissions: reduction of energy consumption, efficient use of energy (both in energy use and conversion), use of fuels with lower carbon content (such as natural gas versus coal), promotion of natural CO2 sinks (such as forests, soils or oceans), use of energy sources with low CO2 emission levels (such as renewable or nuclear energy) and CO2 Capture and Geological Storage (CCS). According to the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report, CO2 Capture and Storage would contribute between 15 and 55% to the global cumulative mitigation effort until 2100, thus presenting itself as a transition technology that will contribute to mitigating climate change.

Women have long played an important role in economic activities, particularly in rural areas and in income-generating activities (IGAs). For them, this is essential support, enabling them to meet the needs of their families, achieve financial independence and often contribute to their emancipation. Research on this issue has shown that 70% of the world's poor are women (50th CSW session, United Nations, 2006). This is largely due to the fact that women have long been disadvantaged in terms of access to credit and other financial services. As such, microfinance has the potential to make a significant contribution to the fight against poverty, by providing poor people who do not have access to traditional banks (the majority of whom are women) with sustainable financial services capable of supporting their economic activities. With this in mind, a study was carried out in Rwanda to analyse the contribution of microfinance to gender equality and to promoting sustainable livelihoods and better working conditions for women.

Esta situação deve-se, em grande medida, ao facto de as mulheres estarem, desde há muito, em desvantagem em termos de acesso ao crédito e a outros serviços financeiros.
