El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue investigar los elementos que influyeban en el crecimiento de las Mypes en Kurmuk Woreda. Para hacer esto; El investigador utilizó una técnica de muestreo aleatorio estratificado, categorizando a toda la población objetivo según el sector empresarial en el que estaban activos. El tamaño de la muestra se determinó utilizando la fórmula de determinación del tamaño de la muestra de Yamane, y fue 134 de una población total de 200. Para el estudio se utilizó investigación explicativa, utilizando métodos de análisis tanto cualitativos como cuantitativos. Los datos primarios se recopilaron de propietarios y gerentes de MyPE mediante un cuestionario y una entrevista semiestructurada. Tanto la pregunta de la entrevista como la encuesta fueron evaluadas cualitativamente utilizando SPSS versión 27. El investigador también utilizó un coeficiente de correlación de Pearson y un análisis de regresión múltiple.
