Por esta razão, a previsão da falência financeira é importante. Neste estudo, são comparados e explicados o Z-Score de Altman, que é um dos primeiros estudos de métodos tradicionais de previsão de falência financeira e que ainda hoje é frequentemente utilizado na previsão de falência, e métodos tradicionais e modernos, como as redes neuronais artificiais, o método da floresta aleatória, as máquinas de vectores de apoio, as árvores de decisão e os métodos de aprendizagem automática. Este estudo é derivado da tese de doutorado escrita por ¿afak Sönmez Soydä (Orientador: Assoc. La investigación tiene como objetivo identificar las estrategias de marketing implementadas entre una franquicia extranjera y un negocio local de café, que permiten mantener relaciones duraderas y rentables con sus consumidores. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, ya que comprende la descripción, registro, análisis e interpretación de la naturaleza actual y la composición de los fenómenos que describen a la población mediante el uso del marketing relacional. Se aplicaron 384 encuestas a los consumidores que asisten regularmente a la franquicia de Starbucks y Degas Café. Los resultados muestran que los clientes consumen café de mas de tres veces al mes, acuden por la variedad de productos ofertados y el servicio al cliente. Se concluye que en las franquicias de café es suma importancia los servicios y/o productos que se comercializan, las nuevas ofertas, y la satisfacción del cliente para crear una relación de fidelidad a la marca.

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate whether it is legally possible to regulate sex work on the basis of the provisions of the Federal Constitution of 1988 in Article 5, XIII, which deals with professional freedom, in the light of the principle of human dignity and the principle of non-discrimination, considering sex workers as subjects of domestic and international rights. From a theoretical point of view, this study is based mainly on Nucci's contributions on aspects of prostitution and its regulation, Cançado Trindade's reflections on the principle of non-discrimination adopted by international law, Piovesan's considerations with regard to human rights protection systems and the Gabriela Leite Bill, which is currently being processed in Brazil with the aim of regulating sex work. To do this, we will use bibliographical research as our methodology.
