Es soll verdeutlicht werden, welchen Wert die Beteiligung der Buchhaltungskategorie an der Anwendung des LRF hat. Angesichts der vielen Veränderungen im kommunalen Bereich ist es für die Buchhalter unerlässlich, die Gesetze zu kennen und zu verstehen, um sie in ihrer Buchhaltungspraxis umsetzen zu können. Nicht weniger wichtig ist die Kenntnis der Verwaltungsstruktur und aller Möglichkeiten der Kontrolle dieser Verwaltung. Mit diesen Informationen kann die Gesellschaft dazu beitragen, Betrug und Veruntreuung von öffentlichen Geldern zu verhindern. The paper aims to present some of the implications of the LRF - Fiscal Responsibility Law - for the PMP - Pacaraima City Council, such as the fundamental changes for harmonising public accounts. It aims to clarify the value of the accounting category's participation in the application of the LRF. Faced with so many transformations in the municipal sphere, it is imperative for accountants to know and understand the laws in order to be able to juxtapose them in their accounting practice. No less important is knowledge of the government structure and all the ways of controlling this administration. With this information, society will have support to help prevent fraud and embezzlement of public money. The first part of this report will deal with public administration, followed by an explanation of the LRF, the specific purpose of which is to regulate the management of public resources, imposing restrictions, limits and sanctions with a view to restoring the country's finances and economy. In addition to explaining these concepts, this work will look at the use of the LRF in the PMP, based on the results of the 2014 financial year, by means of an exploratory and descriptive examination.

Die Buchkonzeption versammelt die klassischen Inhalte für die Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung im Bereich Corporate Finance und Unternehmensfinanzierung: Sie umfasst in diesem 2. Band neben den theoretischen Grundlagen vor allem die Instrumente der Fremdfinanzierung, der Spezialthemen der Finanzierung (wie Leasing, Factoring, Nachhaltigkeit, Umstrukturierungen, usw.) sowie die Unternehmens- und Liegenschaftsbewertung. Zur Einübung einer strukturierten Vorgehensweise bei der Planung und Durchführung der jeweiligen Finanzierungsmaßnahmen dienen zahlreiche Übungsaufgaben mit Lösungen.

Die Qualität von Waren und Dienstleistungen nimmt mehr und mehr ab. In der Wegwerfgesellschaft sind Werte und Nachhaltigkeit meist nur Feigenblätter, denn die eigene Konsumbefriedigung erscheint wichtiger. Ist der Konsum also in der Krise? Und wenn ja, wie könnte man dieses Problem lösen und damit Qualität, Werte und Nachhaltigkeit befördern? Das Werk Konsum in der Krise fragt, ob Unternehmen und Verbraucher gleichermaßen einen neuen Zugang zu Produktion und Konsum und einen Paradigmenwechsel beim Kaufverhalten benötigen. Dabei werden auch streitbare Konzepte wie Degrowth und die Regenerative Marktwirtschaft in die Debatte eingebracht und die Idee einer Konsumethik aufgeworfen. Das Umweltrecht hat sich auch seit Erscheinen der 5. Auflage dynamisch weiterentwickelt. Im Vordergrund steht die völlige Neugestaltung des Rechts der Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung und des Rechts der Strategischen Umweltprüfung unter dem Oberbegriff der Umweltprüfungen. Das bisherige Regelungssystem der Vervielfältigung eines Paragrafen durch einen Buchstabenzusatz im UVPG wurde anwenderfreundlich zugunsten einer jeweils eigenständigen Bezifferung geändert. Der endgültige Ausstieg aus der energetischen Kernkraftnutzung und das immer stärkere Vorangehen beim Ausbau der Anlagen der erneuerbaren Energieträger haben zudem Regelungen im Atomrecht, im Immissionsschutzrecht, im Wasserrecht sowie im Verfahrensrecht hervorgebracht. Schließlich hat das Klimarecht an Bedeutung gewonnen, wobei neben Schutzregelungen insbesondere auch solche zur Anpassung zu erkennen sind. Die neue Auflage wurde vom eingespielten Autorenteam der Vorauflage bearbeitet.
