Cette recherche a pour but d'analyser la question du contrôle social de la surveillance citoyenne dans le domaine de la santé et de déterminer l'état actuel de la surveillance citoyenne. Le point de départ est la problématique suivante : comment réaliser une analyse du contrôle social de la surveillance citoyenne dans le système de santé afin qu'il serve de stratégie d'action d'amélioration et qu'il soit renforcé ? Pour ce faire, des objectifs spécifiques liés à cette finalité ont été proposés, qui se basent sur l'examen du contrôle fiscal participatif en santé, l'évaluation du système réglementaire, la description du contrôle fiscal participatif en santé et la mise en évidence de l'importance du système de contrôle social par la surveillance citoyenne. Dans le cadre de l'approche théorique fournie par la loi 850 de 2003, les bases conceptuelles du contrôle social par le superviseur ont été examinées, sur l'exercice de la démocratie participative dans la qualité des soins. Pour sa part, et afin d'accompagner le développement théorique de l'étude, un examen intensif et approfondi de l'état actuel des veedores dans le domaine de la santé est décrit.

The aim of this study was to analyze the fundamental aspects of an expert accounting report that can influence the decision making of judges in labor cases. These aspects were identified in existing doctrine and in the standards issued by the CFC - Federal Accounting Council on Accounting Expertise. To carry out this research, we used the deductive method and thematic analysis through bibliographical research in various sources, together with analysis of labor accounting reports, only as a model for identifying the main items mentioned as essential to good preparation. The results showed that there are fundamental aspects that can really influence judges' decisions.

Se realiza una comparación que pone de relieve los principales parámetros del proyecto, como la eficiencia, la generación y las pérdidas. Este trabajo se divide en dos etapas: en la primera se recopilan datos sobre el emplazamiento del proyecto, como datos geográficos, irradiancia, producción de energía e información sobre los equipos utilizados. En la segunda etapa, se realiza una simulación con el programa PVsyst® en función de los datos introducidos.

L'obiettivo è quello di analizzare la produzione di energia stimata dal software con i dati reali del progetto, cioè l'energia effettivamente generata. Viene effettuato un confronto che evidenzia i principali parametri del progetto, come l'efficienza, la generazione e le perdite. Il lavoro è suddiviso in due fasi: la prima prevede la raccolta di dati sul sito del progetto, come dati geografici, irraggiamento, produzione di energia e informazioni sulle apparecchiature utilizzate. Die Arbeit gliedert sich in zwei Phasen: In der ersten Phase werden Daten über den Projektstandort gesammelt, z. The present research aims to analyze the subject of social control by citizen oversight in health, it is intended to know the current status of citizen oversight; It is based on the following problem: How can be done to perform an analysis of social control of citizen oversight in the health system to serve as a strategy for improvement action and to obtain its strengthening? For this purpose, specific objectives were proposed, which are based on examining participatory fiscal control in health, assessing the regulatory system, describing participatory fiscal control in health and underlining the importance of the social control system by citizen oversight. Under the theoretical approach provided by Law 850 of 2003, the conceptual bases of social control by the overseer on the exercise of participatory democracy in the quality of care were considered. In turn, and in order to accompany the theoretical development of the study, an intensive and in-depth examination of the current state of the veedores in health is described.
