The study aimed to investigate the impact of border posts congestion in movement of construction equipment focusing on the five main border posts in Zimbabwe. Delays in the movement of goods, particularly construction machinery, have led to serious problems including postponements, cost arguments, arbitration, court cases, cost overruns and loss of customers. The aim of this study was to examine the causes of delays in the movement of construction machinery at border crossings, to determine the impact of delays in the movement of construction machinery on construction companies and to investigate ways to reduce delays in the movement of construction machinery at border crossings. Information on the causes of traffic jams and possible solutions to the problem was obtained by means of a questionnaire. It was also used to collect data from the construction site to gather information on how congestion at border crossings affects construction activity. Content analysis was used to analyse the data using Nvivo software and quantitative data was entered using Excel to find data for presentation.

Es hat einen komplexen und widersprüchlichen Weg der Modernisierung vom französischen Protektorat über die Unabhängigkeit bis hin zum Beitritt zum Verband Südostasiatischer Nationen (ASEAN) beschritten und dabei wiederholt sein politisches Regime und sein Gesellschaftssystem geändert. Der Autor untersucht die charakteristischen Merkmale seiner Entwicklung und zeigt die Rolle des technischen Fortschritts dabei auf. Der theoretische Rahmen der Studie umfasst die wichtigsten Lehren der Entwicklungsökonomie und der wirtschaftlichen Wachstumstheorie. Die ökonometrische Analyse stützt sich in erster Linie auf das allgemeine Wachstumsmodell, das nicht nur das Sach- und Humankapital, sondern auch die Zeit als Ereignisraum der kreativen Wirtschaftstätigkeit berücksichtigt. Es ermöglicht einen Vergleich der gesamten Faktoreffizienz mit dem Weltniveau. Cambodia today is a predominantly agrarian, lower-middle-income developing country that has only relatively recently joined the group of potentially high-growth Asian economies. It has followed a complex and contradictory path of modernization from French protectorate to independence and joining the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), repeatedly changing its political regime and social system. The author examines the characteristic features of its development, showing the role of technological progress in it. The theoretical framework of the study covers the key tenets of development economics and economic growth theory. For econometric analysis we used, first of all, a general growth model that takes into account not only physical and human capital, but also time as an event space of creative economic activity. It makes it possible to compare the total factor efficiency with the world level. In addition to considering the macro-level development of Cambodia's economy, the author for the first time attempted to model the growth of its manufacturing industry on the basis of available statistical data.

This book arises from the detected need to prevent and raise awareness of the risks and consequences of gender violence in the educational stage. Consequently, the objective of the project is to provide knowledge, develop skills and attitudes that favor coexistence based on equality and mutual respect, preventing adolescents from any type of violence in their relationships. The project was carried out during four weeks where social skills, sexist language, gender roles and other contents were worked on, using a participatory, dynamic and active methodology.
