Healthy working relationships are the result of environments in which respect and ethics are part of everyday work, conceived as central and organizing people's lives. Although these values are fundamental, a number of factors in the contemporary context due to numerous changes have contributed to the increase in violence at work, given that this situation has been manifesting itself in institutional relations for a long time. However, its forms of manifestation have changed, in line with the configuration of economic and socio-political relations, as we will see in the chapters. According to the Ministry of Health (2014), bullying is abusive, frequent and repetitive conduct that manifests itself through words, acts, gestures, behavior or writing, which humiliates, embarrasses and disqualifies a person or group, affecting their dignity and physical and mental health. They are present in the organization of work in both the public and private spheres and are characterized by actions that take away the worker's capacity for creation and satisfaction, causing pain and suffering.

With a view to facilitating the professional integration of its students, the University of Dschang has set up professional training courses, including the Banking-Insurance-Stock Exchange course. To obtain a professional Master's degree in this field, students must complete a work placement, at the end of which they must write and defend a dissertation. It was with this in mind that we applied for and obtained an academic placement at BICEC in Bafoussam. During our placement, we noted shortcomings in the distribution, communication and customer relations departments. We started from the premise that the innovation of banking products in line with technological developments and good marketing and distribution techniques for banking products would help to improve the bank's financial performance. It is with this in mind that this work aims to make a significant contribution, on the one hand to increasing sales of BICEC products, including the acquisition of the bank's best market share at national level, and on the other hand to increasing its financial performance.

Among the missions assigned to man, "educate and train" occupy a place of choice. The school is one of the notorious moulds for the positive development of human attitudes and aptitudes, with a view to personal fulfillment and social integration. In opting for this ideal, we must remember that an educational philosophy reflects a social philosophy. And social philosophy is seen as a blueprint for guiding the educational process, suggesting appropriate objectives based on life's diversities, while helping to prepare the younger generation to face the challenges of the modern age. It is in this context that this study, divided into three essential sections, has devoted itself to a concise and precise examination of the main problems of education, with concomitantly suggested attempts at solutions, under the semantic coding of remaking "the philosophy of education in Congo-Brazzaville". To intelligibly address some of the major challenges facing the Congolese education system, following the approach of a socio-philosophical ethic circumscribed to the context of the Congo; such is the problematic evoked in this work.

Growth is a central objective in the management of children with chronic kidney disease (CKD). This book reviews the growth patterns observed in children with CKD, as well as the causes of growth disorders and the signs and causes of protein energy loss in pediatric CKD.Methods of assessing growth and nutritional status, and the limitations of these measures in CKD, will also be reviewed.Management strategies to optimize growth and nutrition in children with CKD, including the use of recombinant growth hormone. Finally, the chapter concludes with information on the neurological development of the child with CKD.

A cultura organizacional é um dos factores de sucesso no desenvolvimento e implementação de uma gestão eficiente do conhecimento numa organização. As organizações baseadas no conhecimento, como a Comissão Económica das Nações Unidas para África (UNECA), precisam de cultivar e manter uma cultura organizacional que facilite os seus esforços de gestão do conhecimento. O realinhamento dos parâmetros da cultura organizacional com os objectivos da gestão dos conhecimentos garante a prática da partilha de conhecimentos tácitos. As tendências recentes revelaram explicitamente a importância primordial dos valores culturais na forma como os processos de gestão do conhecimento são desenvolvidos e aplicados nas organizações. Por conseguinte, as organizações cujos serviços e produtos são intensivos em conhecimento necessitam de construir uma cultura organizacional que apoie significativamente a gestão do conhecimento. Em primeiro lugar, é importante identificar as práticas da organização que estimulam ou dificultam a gestão do conhecimento, o que, por sua vez, tem impacto na eficácia da organização. O objetivo desta investigação é desmistificar a relação empírica entre as práticas organizacionais da UNECA e o processo de gestão do conhecimento.

A escola é um dos moldes notórios para o desenvolvimento positivo das atitudes e aptidões do ser humano, com vista à sua realização pessoal e integração social. Ao optarmos por este ideal, devemos lembrar que uma filosofia educativa reflecte uma filosofia social. E a filosofia social é vista como um plano para orientar o processo educativo, sugerindo objectivos adequados baseados na diversidade da vida, ao mesmo tempo que ajuda a preparar as gerações mais jovens para enfrentar os desafios dos tempos modernos. É neste contexto que o presente estudo, dividido em três secções principais, se propôs examinar de forma concisa e precisa os principais problemas da educação, com propostas de solução concomitantes, sob o código semântico de reformulação da "filosofia da educação no Congo-Brazzaville". O objetivo deste livro é abordar inteligentemente alguns dos principais desafios do sistema educativo congolês, através de uma abordagem ética sócio-filosófica adaptada ao contexto congolês.

Com o objetivo de facilitar a integração profissional dos seus estudantes, a Universidade de Dschang criou cursos de formação profissional, entre os quais o curso de Banca-Seguros-Bolsa de Valores. Para obter um mestrado profissional neste domínio, os estudantes devem efetuar um estágio, no final do qual devem redigir e defender uma dissertação. Foi com este objetivo que nos candidatámos e obtivemos um estágio académico no BICEC em Bafoussam. Durante o nosso estágio, constatámos carências nos departamentos de distribuição, comunicação e relações com os clientes. Partimos da premissa de que a inovação dos produtos bancários em função da evolução tecnológica e de boas técnicas de marketing e de distribuição dos produtos bancários contribuiria para melhorar o desempenho financeiro do banco. É nesta perspetiva que este trabalho pretende contribuir de forma significativa, por um lado, para o aumento das vendas de produtos do BICEC, incluindo a conquista da melhor quota de mercado do banco a nível nacional, e, por outro, para o aumento do seu desempenho financeiro.
